We spent Easter at this lovely place and had a wonderful time! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the host was very kind and responsive. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Bad Iburg. Great area for hiking and the apartment was well equipped, spacious, clean and cosy! Would definitely recommend!

We had a perfect stay here as a family of four. The booking was super spontaneous and very helpful for us, everything was in top condition, very clean, pleasant fresh air in the apartment, the beds very comfortable. We felt extremely comfortable in the apartment. Everything you need is there, the apartment is very spacious, the location and the view are beautiful! And Gertraud was extremely friendly and accommodating, answered all questions very quickly and solved problems - thank you for the wonderful time we were able to enjoy in the apartment!

The place was exactly as described. Communication with the host was friendly. A request whether a 9th person can be accommodated in the accommodation was immediately answered positively and both an additional sleeping place and towels were provided. Gladly again!

We chose the place as a Christmas meeting place for the family. It was really a feel-good place with plenty of space and yet a cozy ambience. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for cooking together. Thanks to the underfloor heating, the children (and adults) can use the whole floor as a play area. A fireplace is available for use. During a cozy breakfast, deer often keep you company in the garden. The bathroom is an oasis of well-being with a walk-in shower and hot tub. The whole house is flooded with light. The beds were all cozy. We slept well. At night, there was no sound to be heard, no background noise from any street. Not far away are the Externsteine and the Hermannsdenkmal, among other things. It was perfectly sufficient for our short stay. But there is certainly more for those who want to stay longer. The hosts are easy to reach for questions. We'd love to come back.

Our time at Andreas' was fantastic! The house is in impeccable condition, you immediately feel at home. There is nothing missing – from the can opener to the fireplace, everything is available. I was particularly impressed by the well-maintained and well-equipped kitchen. The living room and large balcony are highlights, especially the panoramic view from the east balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises. If necessary, the windows can be completely darkened by roller blinds. Which was a big advantage on the warm days. The view of fields and forest is fantastic, and the garden was a paradise for my dog. The apples and pears were a delicious bonus Andreas was very friendly and always available. 7 out of 5 stars – we'll be back!
