This semi-detached house has an unparalleled sunny location overlooking Hundfjället & Tandådalen. That together with its own outdoor spa and well selected material choices make the house quite unique. 5 bedrooms and kitchen in an open plan with the living room. Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

Fjällbäcken, Lindvallen 4+2 beds Includes cleaning

In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area, there is a pool and paddle tennis court (pool opening hours June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike trails.

My little Chateu

In my little Chateu, you can thrive and feel good. Cross-country skiing you can do directly from the cottage and to the nearest ski slope it is 1.5 km. In Attefallshuset, there is a kitchen, stove, fan, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Dining table with space for 4, sofa bed for two and sleeping loft with 2 (80 cm) beds. Shower, washing machine in the bathroom in addition to toilet and sink, of course. Outside is a hot tub, which is the perfect place to end a day. Minimum 3 nights/booking. Not under 25 years of age. Smoke/pet-free.

Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen cottage area with proximity to cross-country skiing tracks, snowmobile and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Relax with the whole family in this cozy cabin in Västra Färdkällan near Tandådalen. With 6 beds in a total of 3 bedrooms (one large and two small), sauna, two fireplaces and proximity to most things, the cabin has everything needed for the mountain vacation! By car you will reach ski lift parking in 2 minutes and if you want to leave the car, smooth free ski bus and cross-country tracks only 150 meters from the cabin. The cottage next door (B cabin) can also be rented if you want to make friends but still have some self time in your own cabin.

The cabin is located on a large plot in lovely Gusjösätern overlooking the ski slopes in Östra Tandådalen. The area is genuine and has a lovely tranquility all year round. Ski bus passes the plot several times a day in winter and easily takes you to and from Tandådalen/Hundfjället. You can also take a short walk of about 500 meters to the lifts in Östra Tandådalen. The area connects to several cross-country tracks that are connected to both the Myrflodammen and the Kalven loops. We also welcome dogs in the cottage.

Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

You live in a quiet and peaceful environment where the whole family can relax and enjoy life. The summer months there is a Pool & Padel. Here you are close to all possible activities in Lindvallen and Sälen. Everything for big and small when it comes to skiing, biking, hiking, swimming and restaurants. Cleaning included.

Fully-timed semi-detached house in quiet area with walking distance to Högfjällshotellet with morning and afternoon sun. 100 meters to transport lift, about a 25 minute walk to grocery store and restaurants. The accommodation is about 90 sqm spread over 2 levels and has sauna, wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and two parking spaces. Booked usually Saturday to Saturday during high season.

Cozy, traditional cottage up on the mountain. The cottage is close to the ski slopes of Östra Tandådalen. By car it takes about 5 minutes and the ski bus goes on the road below. Cross-country trails around the knot. Summertime there are activities like hiking and biking in the area. To Högfjäll area with restaurants and grocery store it is a few kilometers. The timbered house is 40 m² and consists of a large cottage with sofa corner, kitchen area and dining area, one bedroom, hall, tiled bathroom with washing machine as well as fast wifi. On the property, there is also our larger cabin, which we sometimes use or rent out.
