Vacation rentals in Gunstock Mountain

The house was the perfect fit for our two week stay.

We brought our entire family to New Hampshire to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who is a travel nurse in the area. Myra’s place was perfect and the snowstorm Thanksgiving morning added to the beautiful ambiance. The huge dining table overlooking the snow covered trees made for an unforgettable experience. There was plenty of space to accommodate us all and the mattresses were excellent. Myra was quick to answer every question almost instantly. All the extras (big soft comfy blankets everywhere, shampoo/conditioner, k-cups/snacks, etc) did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated.

Sherri was a great host and gave us her personal number if needed for emergencies, but we had everything we needed! Beautiful studio with a breathtaking view of the lake. We were in driving distance of Meredith and Weirs beach for restuarants. The studio itself was very spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable and had ac/heat and a ceiling fan for comfortable sleeping temperature! Loved this place and will love to come back!

Patricia was friendly and responsive. It’s nice to deal with the actual host instead of a third party. The place was very clean and stylish. There were extra amenities like coffee, tea, popcorn, and hot chocolate. The large tub even has jets for whirlpool effect. Our stay was during snowy weather, so we didn’t use the outside amenities. The view of the lake is mostly blocked by a large building, but that wasn’t important to us. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing cabin to stay at. If you are experienced with off grid, or are interested in trying it, this is a perfect place for it. It was a beautiful and very well maintained cabin. The wood stove was perfect for comfort and atmosphere. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for making small meals and enjoying some time free of distractions. Personally, we had not experience with a composting toilet, but the instructions left by the host were clear and made it far less intimidating. We spent a day hiking and coming back to enjoy the sauna was a perfect way to end the day. I’d also like to say that the host’s instructions for find the cabin were perfectly detailed. We showed up later than expected and we were able to make it to the cabin by flashlight with no problem at all. Overall it was a wonderful place and we would strongly recommend it to anyone looking to disconnect, relax, and enjoy the outdoors.

This apartment reminded me of places I used to rent when I was young. Beautiful and spacious rooms in an old house. Comfy furnishings. I loved this place! Christine also gets points for leaving us an unwrapped sponged to use at the sink. As a nurse this made me happy. She also has an iron skillet which I have found most places don't. The house and neighborhood are very peaceful. Wide streets and many old homes. The house is a block from the lake.

My boyfriend and friends love coming to the chalet, I personally have been to this airbnb a total of 12 times, I have been to many different airbnbs in beautiful places but nothings quite beats the view that this chalet has, if your looking to chill out and enjoy nature on a mountain top, I 1000% recommend this place! Thank you Matt and Jasmine for sharing your lovely chalet, we will be back!
