Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

Great place and great value, especially for longer stays. Reliable fast Wifi. Aircon, hot water, washing machine, drains all work perfectly. Very quiet apartment and the nice mountain views are even better in person. It is a few km south of the center of SriRacha but it’s on the main road and, contrary to popular belief, you CAN walk along the side of the road to several coffee shops, ATM, etc, just like main roads in and out of town in every Thai province. Easy, cheap, quick Bolt or Grab everywhere else which you’ll end up doing anyway, even if you stay in the center, so why not go with the best view. Owner/host very polite and responsive, excellent with communication. Would love to stay again.

I had a great stay at Milan's place, located in Sunset Town in Phu Quoc. Milan was a great host who met me when I arrived to check in. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, he still did his best to communicate by responding quickly to all of my messages, and made sure provide me with everything I needed for my stay. The room itself was very nice and clean and had everything I needed for cooking and making coffee or tea. I was really glad to have a washing machine to clean my clothes. There was not much of a view from the balcony (sea view on the other side of the building), but that part was fine with me. I found the area to be nice, but a bit strange... The buildings in Sunset Town are meant to look like somewhere in Italy, but most of the them completely empty. There was also a lot construction going on as well. There are still a good number of restaurants, activities, and a night market nearby, so you won't be too bored if you stay for a few days. Overall, it was fun!

We had a great time at the apartment. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. He did everything to arrange a pleasant stay for us. On the other hand, we had to buy a fan. I think it would be a real plus if there was one provided in the apartment for those who don't like air conditioning. Only downside about the hotel, we don't have access to the gym and the staff come to ask us every time if we're part of the hotel. A scooter is essential for getting around. Direct beach access and very nice pool. In summary, we had a lovely time, we will come back to this apartment without any problems.
