We had a great stay at sir Fernando's place! It had a very homey vibe, so cozy that you'd just want to stay there and sleep all day. The furniture and utensils in his home were obviously of great quality and that's when you know that the owner of the house wants the best for his guests. The host was very responsive and always kindly adhered to our requests. He was very clear in giving instructions so communication wouldn't really be a problem. Also, he even went above and beyond to even cook for us. Kudos to him because all of our needs were met during our stay. Strike a conversation with him and you'll learn a lot of interesting things. He never made us feel out of place. You'll seldom encounter a host and a place like this. Truly grateful to sir Fernando for making our stay worthwhile!

We had such a great time! The airport-to-villa transfer was super easy – they took care of everything, from the van ride to the boat trip. It was hassle-free. They arranged a land tour of Guimaras Island for us, and we loved exploring. The island hopping was definitely the highlight – so much fun! The villa is exactly like the photos – peaceful, with an amazing view that I couldn’t get enough of. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and my daughter loved it. She even said she didn’t want to leave – it really felt like home. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. We could cook our meals, but if we didn’t feel like it, they were happy to prepare food for us. Everything was so comfortable. Oh, and they made my birthday extra special! They surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday. so sweet and thoughtful :) The view was our favorite part – surrounded by islands and the sea, it was worth every penny. Thank you sooo much Team La Roca!! Can't wait to go back! ❤️

Great place to stay home vibes its only a few kilometers away from the must visit spots in iloilo city just beware of the dogs my partner got startled by the big dog roaming around

Our stay at Alusiman Home was absolutely fantastic. The accomodation was cozy and spacious. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxing getaway at Iloilo.

We were really grateful, host was able to cater to us even if we booked so last minute. We booked after office hours and we need it right on the spot. The home didn't disappoint. It was near a public market and Citimall. The kids loved the outdoor pool. The kitchen clean and sufficient. The rooms clean. WiFi very ok. Listing however should just be more specific. One room has air conditioning and the two other rooms only have fans. This did not pose any problem though as the weather is very cold. CRs in the two rooms though very clean is quite primitive. Bed is comfortable. I still say that this is good value for money. We would still come back if we need to go back in this city.

My family celebrated our mother's birthday with a perfect getaway at a scenic Airbnb. The cozy home, complete with a stunning view, made for a memorable and relaxing weekend of family time. Grateful to the hosts for such a special stay.

It was a nice experience staying at Ms.Zyra's place. We only encounter few issues such as hot shower is not working during our entire stay, having a power outage on our 3rd day and a slow response on Ms. Zyra's end. But overall we had great time staying at her place. The place was fantastic and I highly recommend it to everyone who's looking for a place to stay in Iloilo.

Great stay. Room was very well furnished and stocked with basics like water and coffee as well as sugar and spices for cooking. Also had excellent amenities and appliances. Was very clean, quiet, and secure. I would recommend this place to others and stay again myself.

Place is great and wfh-friendly with fast wifi. comfortable and all basic amenities are provided. Ideal place to stay within megaworld area.

Second time to stay here. Felt right at home especially with all the things I need while travelling such as fast and secure internet access, netflix and toiletries. Hosts are super responsive. Communication is always great. Will definitely recommend.

The host is responsive with all my inquiries. We enjoyed the place so much because it felt like home. We enjoyed the fireworks display since we stayed there for New Year’s Eve. I love the smell of their place..it is clean and really cozy. It was really a lovely experience staying there. The only downside is that the building doesn’t have a parking space. We parked at a parking complex and paid P200. But overall, the place has everything we need and more. And, we love the nearby restaurants. Thank you Miss Mary Chris.🥳😍

We had a great time staying at Joy’s place. Everything listed in the amenities and other items that we expected to have were all available: The infinity pool was great! You should not miss it. There’s a balcony with clothesline outside the unit, so you can dry your swimming wear there. Also what I liked about the place was that there’s an available flatiron and even a gallon of water, so we no longer needed to go down to buy. The food servings in Iloilo restaurants were more than enough for us so we had a lot of leftovers, and good thing there were utensils in the unit, so we were able to use it to reheat the food. TV and wifi connections were reliable; we didn’t experience any slowdown. Aircon was cool enough and also no issues encountered. Overall, we had a great time during our stay and we would love to recommend this to our friends and people we know.

The place is very clean, minimalist style which I love. It is also near Festive Walk so, it is really convenient. The reception & guards were also friendly. The host is very responsive, would reply to all of your questions and would accomodate you to your requests. I would love to come back again!!

The place is clean and matches the host's description. There was just a minor issue during check-in, but it was resolved immediately. It is a comfortable place to stay and very accessible since it's just a short walk from the Festive Mall.

Stayed at Rosemarie’s place for 3nights,Place is okay very accessible,walking distance to the mall,Only one thing is our Issued during our entire stay toilet was flooded daily,My sister and I we used mop to clear daily water,we are shocked when we arrived , I messaged the host and she is very friendly responsive. We recommend Ms Rosemarie Place.
