Nice room, good accommodation, easy transaction. Would book again!

We stayed here for more than 2 weeks and it was the perfect location. Everything we needed was just a short walk away. It’s also a very convenient location for Grab and Foodpanda. Sir BenJohn’s unit is also great. Everything we needed is there. The kitchen is complete. There’s dining table, Sofabed, TV, and Wifi. The bathroom very wonderful. Each bedroom has its own aircon and its own dedicated worktables, which really helped me out during our stay because I was studying for the Bar Exam. There’s also a lot of storage space. Extra pillows, pillow sheets, bed sheets, towels, and blankets are provided in each room. There’s also a lot of hangers for our clothes. Because of the storm, there were multiple times that the electricity was cut. But the unit had an outlet for the generator which is really useful. Even if there was no electricity, the wifi still worked. All in all, this was a great stay. Sir BenJohn is a wonderful host. He’s very responsive and considerate of our needs. 😊

Place is clean and host is very responsive. The room design is very asthetic. Drinking water is free and may mga seasonings na din sa kitchen. And its really spacious.

Megan's Place is a great find for our trip. We had a convenient and worry-free stay for the weekend. Megan's Place is very accessible to SM Iloilo and Plazuela de Iloilo (less than 15min walk). While we were mostly away for the entire day, coming home to Megan's Place allowed us to comfortably relax. Our host, Regelyn, is very responsive and helpful to all of our inquiries and requests. We were allowed to checkin earlier and checkout at a later time. Overall, Megan's Place is highly recommended, especially for those seeking for the "homey feels" of being away from home.

2nd time staying at Reyginea's place and would still be in my list of preferred places to stay whenever I'll be in the city. The place is clean, the location is very accessible and wifi is quite fast too. Miss Reyginea was also very responsive and helpful. I can confidently recommend staying at her place.

Ma'am Petit was a great host. Even though we booked late, she was very accommodating and the check in was very smooth. she had someone assist us from the check in until we were settled in the unit. She was very responsive. The place was clean and cozy. The location was also very convenient as it was near restaurants and grocery stores. The pool and th e gym was also a bonus. Overall, our stay was very comfy and relaxing. Great for staycations. Looking forward to book again here. 🩵

Great place! Accessible to establishments and terminal. Guests can use the pool and gym and the owner is very accommodating. Will surely come back next time.

The place is very simple, not much decor which for me was a plus value. They provide free water and the amenities are great.

The place is very spacious, comfortable, and homey. Hosts are superb. Communicating with them is easy and they were very responsive at all times. Location is also perfect and accessible. Will definitely love to stay with them again once we go back to Iloilo. Don't hesitate to book their units!

Joezen's place provided us with everything we needed during our trip. ✅ First, a very fast wifi (up to 500mbps when we checked the speedtest). Being remote workers, this is essential for us. ✅ Location is perfect! it is near everything, which made our trip convenient ✅ Netflix is available. It was contiuously raining during our trip so we're glad we can have indoor entertainment. ✅ it's simple but stylishly designed, and provides all basic amenities. due to the bad weather, there were outages (both electricity and internet) but it didn't last long. there is also a generator and the circuit breaker has clear instructions on what to do during power interruptions so we didn't have a hard time. overall, our stay with joezen's place was very pleasant. it is highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy’s place. It’s in a really great location, the place is clean, the caretakers were very kind and friendly. Communication was also easy. We landed at Iloilo early morning and they were willing to keep our luggage for us (although we ended up checking-in early, fortunately there were no guests before us and they already have the place ready). Really great place!

Great stay. Room was very well furnished and stocked with basics like water and coffee as well as sugar and spices for cooking. Also had excellent amenities and appliances. Was very clean, quiet, and secure. I would recommend this place to others and stay again myself.

I had a great stay at this airbnb! Julius and his family were very helpful and accommodating. All my questions were answered promptly and they even offered a ride from the airport to their place and as well as from their place going to the airport on my last day. For those who are taking licensure examinations, and have John B. Lacson - Arevalo as their designated testing center, this is really a convenient place to stay at. It is just beside the aforementioned school. The unit we occupied was really spacious and clean, and quiet. It was perfect for studying/reviewing sessions. The host and the caretaker were also very helpful, and there is a 7/11 just outside the building.
