We had a great stay! Nice, functional house, nice terrace, quiet and with ocean views. The place is ideal for exploring the North of Portugal . Carlos and his wife are very available and very discreet owners. To do and redo ... without moderation 👌

João's treatment is impeccable, always attentive and very kind. As for the house it is even nicer than the pictures. I would recommend it 100%, we have been super comfortable.

We had a great stay in the "Casa da Mata". Lost in the heart of the winery and on the edge of the forest, this house full of old-fashioned charm, well renovated and comfortable, is perfect. Every room has a beautiful view! But the best view is from the terrace where we had all our meals. We also loved our interaction with Fernanda, the best host you could hope for. And his kitchen is a delight! Fernanda feasted us with good garden products, fig tomatoes & eggs.. And very good bread, brought every morning!!! We can only thank her again for her kindness. We will keep in mind this beautiful week perched on the heights of the Douro for a long time. I forgot: the pool and common areas also added a nice plus value to this week.

This is a lovely place to spend time with family, disconnect and recharge. our daughters loved the space outdoors and playground. Manuela was an excellent host. Recommended.

What a wonderful stay at Rosario’s! The setting is right in town, walkable to everything, the estate is beautiful & peaceful. Rosario is an excellent host, helping with recommendations, sharing her garden produce, , walking the grounds, infinity pool, & even sharing the sweetest dogs in the world! Ponte de Lima is a fun very historic town, with many events & things to do, as well as the natural beauty. We enjoyed our stay so much & a lot of it was because of our hostess. Obrigada Rosário!

We felt very comfortable with Armando and Maria. Both of them were constantly looking after their guests' well-being. Thank you for that! The apartment has everything you need, from a broom to a salad spinner. A small supermarket is practically around the corner within walking distance. But it makes sence, to have a car. The apartment has a lovely garden with a pool. We had a few cool, rainy days and therefore didn't use either. Typical Armando: He apologized for the weather when we left.😊

Very good welcome by Antonio as well as by his mother, very attentive, ready to do a service and speaking, among other things, very good French. Very nice welcome breakfast and coffee, good location compared to the different places to visit. Product as advertised with good value for the money.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom self contained villa with the shared garden and pool . A very clean and comfortable place ...felt homely but cool x We met others staying there who were lovely but the shared space still felt private. Jorge was very friendly and helpful would definitely stay again x

Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful during my stay. This unit is attached to another, so just be aware you might hear your neighbors. The interiors are very unique and the garden with the view of the church and a small view of the water is really wonderful! In only a few minutes you can walk to a beautiful park and then right to the water. There is a supermarket, coffee shops, and restaurants all within a 10-15 minutes walk. Overall, I would highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy Porto without the chaos of the city center.

We had a great time in our stay. Paula and Jorge are nice, attentive, available, caring people. Everything was perfect. I'll keep your contact details for next year if we return to Portugal.

Miguel welcomed us very warmly and showed us the entire place again and said we can always ask him if we need anything. We felt at home from the beginning. The property is beautiful. In addition to the fantastic pool, there are orange and lemons, which we would have freely available during our stay. Miguel was always on hand right away if we needed anything. He went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We liked it there very much. The old cabin has a rustic charm to it ☺️ Thank you for everything, Miguel!

We loved our stay at Rosa’s. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. We made great use of the bbq and pool which was a real luxury. Nothing was too much trouble and Rosa’s family were extremely helpful. We will definitely go back. X

Very nice, quiet and pretty place. A beautiful pool in a beautifully decorated garden. small problem: no microwave, no salad spinner, lack of salad bowls (1 is not enough) no pots and few cutlery, no trash cans. no soap, strange shampoo for this level of service.

We loved our stay at Whiteside. The location was reasonably convenient but also a really vibrant and interesting neighborhood. Our room was well designed and comfortable with a ducted outdoor space as well as shared patios and lounging areas. It was great to have the use of a week equipped kitchen and washing machine. our only issue was that the code we were issued for entry was wrong and it took some time to get a response by phone. After that everything was great.

Very pleasant and attentive hosts. Clean and welcoming accommodation. Quiet. we recommend and advise without hesitation! we can't wait to come back!

We lived a few days in a real haven of peace. Past the aspects, let's say amazing, of the path to the accommodation, we were charmed by the hospitality of our hosts, Lise and Patrick. The dogs are very affectionate and quiet. The horses are not left out either (and a little pranky). The totally free access to green spaces, the pool, the barbecue area is an undeniable plus. Lovers of nature and peace, look no further for your place. In addition, housed in this natural environment, you will have plenty of time to explore the surrounding nature, on foot or by car. We had a nice stay at La Quinta. We'll be able to come back someday ...

The place was very very cute and functionally decorated. Everything worked flawlessly and clean. The contact was very kind. Particularly noteworthy was the comfortable bed. We have never slept as well on a vacation as in this one! :-)

We had a wonderful stay! The historic farmhouse has been tastefully converted to the most charming, modern and comfortable place. The bedroom was quite large with a beautiful, decorative granite fireplace. The living area was well-appointed and the bathroom was modern and very clean. We loved coming back from the hustle and bustle of Porto in the evening to spend quiet time in the garden and most lovely pool. It truly is an oasis. Sara has impeccable design taste. And she was quick to answer any questions we had via text or in person. She also had great recommendations both in Porto and the Duoro Valley. Noise: A few reviewers commented on noise. There is a road nearby and we could hear it a bit in the living room, but it wasn't disruptive and we didn’t notice it at all in the bedroom…..and I’m a light sleeper. Sara's place is a real find! --

The stay in Julia's apartment was everything we were looking for for a weekend to disconnect. Julia's service was excellent, as was that of her husband Jose. Recommended for anyone who wants to go to southern Galicia/northern Portugal.

The accommodation is quite good, it is comfortable, clean and tidy. The hosts were very attentive throughout our stay. We were very comfortable. I definitely recommend it!

Small stone house very nicely decorated, very tastefully. Pretty country property and amenities (hammock, cabin, swing, swing, barbecue, porch...) allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. Very welcoming host and always very responsive, from the moment we arrived where the GPS took us to the wrong place. Similarly, the pool had a pump problem, but Rute made sure we could swim during our stay. A big thank you for all these touches, not to mention the bread every morning and the fact of accepting dogs. The whole family was able to relax in this peaceful and comfortable environment. Finally, the region, rural and mountainous, is particularly beautiful, close to the Peneda-Gerês National Park, with beautiful small villages, many waterfalls where you can swim and hiking trails. This stay was a real pleasure and a beautiful discovery for us. Thank you so much!
