Monthly Rentals in Güímar

Maria is very good host, responsive and friendly. The apartment was clean, the balcony is spacy. We felt safe, heard no noise or noticed someone smoking. We didn't use the pool, can't comment. The building and the surrounding buildings are bland, too big touristic complexes, nothing cozy, but tourists can't complain, as they are the reason of such development.

We stayed 6 weeks in Carmens Appartement and we really enjoyed it. It is such a cozy place with everything you need and was Perfect for also working from there. The Pool area is nice for relaxing and the beach is only 2mins away. It is also a dog beach so it was perfect for our little sausage dog. Carmen was very helpful with everything and always easy to reach. We will definately come again! thank you Carmen!

We enjoyed our time spent in an amazing apartment . The apartment is very clean, cozy with all necessary things you need. It’s situated in a very quite place. There are some restaurants, cafes, shops nearby. You can find a nice beach in 5 minutes walk. Maria Sonia is a nice, friendly and caring hostess. We recommend this apartment and would like to be back there again🌺

Very close to the beach, local supermarket and friendly pub. We mostly traveled by car and we kept it in the secure garage provided.
