Really very welcoming host, the accommodation is new and very nice. I would recommend it and would come back without hesitation if I have to stay in the Rennes area again.

I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation on the occasion of a competition taking place at the Rennes exhibition center. The accommodation, spacious and bathed in natural light, is located in the countryside, in a particularly peaceful environment, without any neighbors. Access to the exhibition center is very simple and quick: only ten minutes by car. This proximity, combined with the absolute calm of the place, makes this accommodation an ideal address for anyone who has to go to an event or exam in this area. The accommodation is also perfectly equipped, maintained and functional, which contributes to an immediate feeling of well-being upon arrival. Finally, I would like to highlight the high quality of the welcome. The owners are very kind, available, caring and benevolent, while remaining discreet. Their hospitality was a real plus during this stay.

2nd stay with Delphine and it's always pleasant and relaxing. The environment is beautiful, you sleep well and everything is there for a great stay. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful modern house on the edge of town, with lovely view overlooking farm fields. Backyard faces West, so great for outdoor relaxation in the afternoon/evening. Quiet neighborhood. Walkable distance from town center (less than 15 min). Easy access to several walking trails.

The accommodation offered by Arnaud is perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay. The studio is as described, it is functional and very well-equipped. Its location is very convenient, close to a supermarket or the Chemin du Hallage. We had a great weekend. Arnaud was very responsive during our exchanges and is very friendly. We'll be happy to go back.

This is the 3rd time I've been to Angèle's studio as part of a training in Bruz. No complaints, clean accommodation, as described. Campus commute, quick studio. I recommend it.

The house is really close to everything, which is great to have some nice exploring by walking. As a plus, the house is super well designed and organized, perfect for a couple and can even accommodate kids. There’s no noise and you can have a restful night after a long exploring day. Stéphanie was always super responsive and helpful, even providing us some nice places to try regional food. Rennes is a surprising cool city! We loved the vibe. Thank you for having us!

Pleasant stay at Laurence's. She is the one who welcomes us and gives the various explanations... it changes from a key box!!!!! Spacious apartment with access through the basement and elevator (original........) that opens directly into the apartment. Near Rennes.

Very nice functional apartment and very conveniently located in Rennes, with several restaurants nearby and a good starting point for multiple walks.

A great stay in a really well located apartment for visiting Rennes and its surroundings. It's easy to find and very easy to access. There is a private parking. Bruz is a nice area with its center within walking distance from the apartment. It's a safe and quiet place.

Francine is a very kind host, she goes out of her way to communicate clearly and ensure you have everything you need. As there were no shops open nearby (and we were cycling) we bought some food and Francine set up a table in the garden for us. The apartment is very homely and well equipped with many small touches that make your stay enjoyable... a breakfast tray, ice cubes in the freezer, a fan, extra drinks on offer. The house is right by the cycle path, and you can swim in the lake after cycling all day. A perfect overnight stay!

Another booking with Florian for my stay in Rennes. The home is very well maintained and offers proximity to the EHESP. The city center is a 20-minute walk away, a bus stop for the center is located in front of the accommodation allowing you to easily get to several corners of Rennes. Florian was very responsive and available. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The welcome upon arrival was very warm and made us feel comfortable. Its location is very convenient because there are a lot of things nearby and at the same time the balcony faces the greenery which allows you to be quiet as well. Recommended
