Don't look anywhere else, this is a top place to stay. We loved it. It's really beautifully decorated inside, it's wonderfully comfortable with lots of space and a fabulous roof terrace. We were brilliantly looked after and any worries were taken care of. We'll definitely be recommending it to anyone who's looking for a place to stay in Marrakech.

We had an incredible stay in April ‘25 at Riad Modjakech. The Riad itself is spacious and comfortable. It was situated in a quiet part of the old town and good access to the souks and medina. Fatima looked after us very well with a delicious meal when we arrived and a superb breakfast prepared for us on a couple of mornings Mohammed our host was brilliant, very attentive & responsive. He organised our hot air balloon experience which was simply breath-taking. Thank you for an unforgettable few days in Marrakech, we will be back for certain.

Cristina & Paolo’s Ryad was absolutely wonderful. After traveling around the country for multiple weeks - this tucked away oasis was exactly what my friends and I needed. The staff were wonderful and we hope to return soon. If you’re looking for a lovely stay with wonderful people, this is the place to look for.

We had a great time with friends in this beautiful Riad. The location in the heart of the Medina is great. Karine is an always available and very responsive host 👍🏼 We thank the warm welcome and delicious food from Fatima and her husband who were really lovely and available throughout our stay.

We had one of our best stays in this Villa! Large family, each of us was able to quickly find our feet, have our own space while enjoying the spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean living areas. The garden, like the interior of the house, is extremely well maintained. The concierge and the cook are exceptionally kind! We also appreciated Fatiha taking the time to come and greet us and hear from us. We recommend this Villa without a second thought and we will definitely go back!

Together with 4 friends, we had a perfect stay. The Riad is gorgeous - beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable. Aicha is lovely and the home-cooked meals were a treat. Absolutely recommend!

It is difficult to say enough good things about our groups experience staying at Oussama’s riad. The accommodations fit our party of 7 very nicely w/ everyone having their own room and bathroom, as well as a couple of extra toilets on the second floor. There are multiple lovely areas to hang out at the riad depending on the time of day and the weather. Our group enjoyed hanging out in every one of them. Oussama as a host is also exceptional. Communication was outstanding and there wasn’t a single request made that he did not fully accommodate or provide recommendations for quickly. Above & beyond. The location is perfect for those looking to spend time in the Medina and see many of the popular attractions in Marrakech. The experience of staying in a riad may not be for everyone but for those looking for that experience, look no further than this one. Perhaps my favorite Airbnb property I’ve ever stayed in and one of the best experiences due to Oussama’s hospitality.

Very nice place. I was unlucky with the weather. It was very cold and couldn’t use the pool and sunbathing area. Gym there is missing another dumbbell or new onces which are not filled with sand but they have TRX bands and bike I could use for my workout

We had a great weekend at this place. It was very clean, quiet and as described. Access is easy, but it's best to have a vehicle to get the most out of the area. Small note for longer stays: the TV didn't work during our stay. It wasn't a problem for us, but it might bother some people. Despite everything, we would recommend this place without hesitation. Me and my family stayed in this accommodation for around 6 days. It was a lovely experience! It was located in the Golf course area, and it was a private residence so the area was quiet. Additionally, the flat was extremely well maintained and clean as well as beautifully decorated (same as the pictures provided). The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Mr Amine was a very helpful and responsive host. Overall, my family and I loved the accommodation and would definitely consider coming back.

Excelent relatively modern apartment close to stores, restaurants and bars in Gueliz and 5m-10min taxi ride to the medina. Located in a quite street in front of a large park provides for quit environment. Very spacious with open living room, dinning room and small kitchen all together. Kitchen small but well equiped and adequate.

We had an amazing time at Hamza's villa! My whole family and I were delighted by this beautiful place. The villa is located in a very secure and quiet area, which allowed us to fully relax. The on-site staff were exceptional: always attentive to us and available for anything we needed. We loved the experience so much that we are already planning to return this summer. I would recommend this place 100%!

Don't go there because you won't want to leave. It was paradise, the house , indeed even better than in the photos. The bedrooms are large, each with shower room and separate toilet. the huge living room, the kitchen too, but this is the area of the stove and the housekeeper. The exteriors that can be lit in the evening are beautiful , I would have brought the gardener in my luggage so that he would make me such a beautiful lawn at my place. With a great pool, nice size , well heated , very comfortable sunbeds, two places to have lunch or dinner outdoors, a small boules court, an outdoor lounge kitchen and staff so you don't have to do anything, this is truly paradise. Special mention to the super responsive owner, very available to answer any questions you might have and resolve any issues. We really appreciated his availability and extreme kindness , it was really a plus.

The interior of the Riad was remarkable and located in a great block within the Medina. The property and linens were clean and Wi-Fi accessible. However, the highlight of the Riad was actually Zakaria who is the host of this property. He was extremely hospitable, made himself available to us always and gave us excellent local recommendations. He was an amazing resource for my entire family and made our first trip to Morocco memorable!
