The stay at Gustavo's was great, he responded quickly, was attentive to questions about the area and was flexible with schedules.

It is the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and rest, since the house is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with access to stores, hardware stores and others. Plus, it's blocks away from the main highways that take you downtown in 10 minutes. The house has all the amenities described and a large garden. Gonzalo as a host is a 10/10, as he was cordial and attentive to anything we needed, from the moment we decided to take his house. We'll be happy to return to this place!

Very good accommodation, larger than what is seen in the Airbnb photos. Good internet to do Home Office. The litters were comfortable and has 2 air conditioners, which is greatly appreciated for the heat it was. It's about 8 blocks from downtown. It has a big balcony. The sector is quiet and there is not much noise. 100% recommended

Our second stay at the place, because we loved the apartment from the first night we stayed! We spent a few very comfortable months, working from home with everything we needed to serve us, a great location with everything we needed around, market, squares, cafes, restaurants and everything very safe. Our stay in Mendoza was more special because we stayed with Valentin, we loved the apartment and would come back to have it as our many more times in the future. The stay was very pleasant, a good location for someone who goes by bus, since it is 10 blocks from the terminal, 3 from a pedestrian area, and half a block from a very busy avenue. We actually had more contact with Yago, Sol's partner. Yago waited for us at the entrance, which we were able to coordinate very well. The duplex is comfortable, spacious, bright, they offered us a covered garage for the car. It's a complex with a remote-controlled access gate, which gave us security and good privacy. The area is full of schools, shops, and public transport, which makes it very convenient. If you are by car, as in our case, you have the highway 8 blocks away to go to the winery area in 10 minutes. I'd stay in this duplex again. Yago even helped us carry the suitcases to the duplex, attentive and cordial.

My wife and I were staying 5 nights. Patricia , the hostess, very friendly and attentive. The apartment is very neat and comfortable , it is exactly as it looks in the listing. We felt safe and at home. The garage is exclusive and easily accessible. We had a great time .
