Beach house vacation rentals in Guardamar del Segura

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Our stay at Juan's went very well. It is a very friendly and available. The apartment is in a great location near the beach and with communal pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday. For ease of logistics it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and would recommend it with our eyes closed.

Fantastic location beach front property, breath taking views near all amenities shops and restaurants, amazing facilities this property has everything you need for any length of holiday allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled as we had an early fight. Ana who met us at the apartment was very welcoming and informative alround five star service everyone in the party were amazed with everything thank you so much for making everything easy and running so smoothly. loved it so much ❤️

We were several families of friends with children, very comfortable for everyone, the location in the middle of the village. An ideal weekend.

The apartment is a dream, just like the photos. The kitchen is well equipped for those of us who like to cook. The parking is very comfortable, it is not roofed, but an SUV can enter without problems. The WiFi speed ranges from 200 to 400 Mbps, ideal for those who work remotely. The sunsets, as it says in the descriptions: the best in Spain.

It was wonderful here and I enjoyed the pleasant May sun around the clock on the fantastic terrace! The area is very touristy but still it was very cozy, private and pleasant. I would definitely come back here but only after the Fiesta de Santa Cruz🤣😉 after May 4

We had a really great stay here - the house is just 3mins walk to the beach boardwalk, with a fine sandy beach and the sea perfect for swimming as you are sheltered from tides etc. All 4 of us (3 adults, 1 teenager) had plenty of space, inside and out. The aircon was much needed on our last day and having it in the livng space and main bedroom enabled is to cool the entire living area. We were really grateful to know that we would have towels both for the beach and the bathroom, as well as a beach umbrella, a selection of chairs and a throw to put down on the sand. We were also pleased to find we had use of basic condiments (salt, olive oil, etc) as you never think to bring these things (or can't if you flew in and only staying for a short time), so this was helpful. As described in the listing, very close to the beach , and a leisure area (El Pueblo Latino). The house is spotless; perfect cleanliness, there are toiletries , cleaning and household items in quantity (eye on makeup remover wipes detail). Very quiet area, with parking. Very clear and accurate instructions at check-in and check-out. As for the hosts, they were quick to respond if you had any questions. Everything's perfect.

Affordable accommodation within walking distance of Torrevieja, beaches and city center. Close to the good running area. Both urban and in nature what a quiet area but still with proximity to everything you need. Both we and the teenagers had a great time.

We had a lovely stay, very well-equipped house for a family. The kids enjoyed the soccer fields and tennis courts. Very good environment but a car is required. The hotel is caring and I would definitely go back and I highly recommend it.

The host Anna is amazing and very helpful, it really makes a difference. The area everything you need within walking distance I would say 10 mins in either direction you have shops and pubs and amazing restaurants. The villa - if your looking for super modern chrome, white tiles and flat screen tvs then this isn’t the place for you, this villa is transitional Spanish has a new kitchen but the decor ext I would class as traditional. The inside has a lot of wood , red older type items but that was fine for us , also has everything you need , iron , plenty of utensils bits and bobs to get you started. The pool is amazing it’s got built in stairs so good for anyone with mobility issues it’s not heated but was warm due to the fab weather, upstairs is 1 room with bathroom was good for us as we like our own space. The garden is absolutely stunning with a bbq and is really well kept and private it was windy one day and we hardly felt it. Overall fab place not the most modern but who cares :)

A beautiful villa, a fantastic pool and generous amounts of items, including crockery, cutlery, glasses, pool towels to name just a few. A perfect family villa for a wonderful holiday and in a beautiful location. I think we have all fallen in love with Murcia and the surrounding area. For our first visit, we had plenty to explore by foot. Christian was a super host and so helpful and quick to repond.

Grazyna was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The property was lovely, well kept and had everything we could need. The location was perfect for us and the road was quiet and had no through traffic. The only thing to note is if you have young children like us the upstairs (main bedroom) is completely separate from the downstairs apartment, only accessible through an outer stairwell with main doors that need keys to open them (inside and out) between the spaces. This wasn’t really practical for us as our children were 2 and 12 weeks. If you have older children it would be fine. This was mentioned in the listing but I hadn’t fully understood how separate it was. This is the only reason I wouldn’t rebook. Otherwise the stay was perfect and we felt very much at home in the house. Highly recommend for anyone who this set up would work for but feel it may need to highlighted a little better in the listing or to those who have booked once the mention of small children is made.

We had a great stay! This was our second time staying at the house and we will definitely book again for our next trip to Spain. Everything was perfect—no complaints at all.

Amazing property which exceeded our expectations. Both the check-in and check-out was very flexible and friendly. The villa is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood and hence a perfect getaway to relax and spend time along the pool. The house itself was very complete with lots of amenities. I look forward to come back and spend another weekend in the villa to recharge my batterie whilst enjoying the Spanish sun.

What a fantastic find, Ana is a very nice lady and a perfect host, she obviously takes great pride in the way she has presented her home, It’s bright, airy, spotlessly clean and very tasteful decorated throughout, we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The beds were very comfortable with crisp white bed linen and towels presented just like a boutique hotel, both of the bathrooms well furnished and are immaculate. The Kitchen had everything we needed during our stay, there was also a lovely laundry area with a washer, tumble dryer and microwave. Both outside areas are furnished very nicely with seating areas, and tables and chairs, from the upstairs terrace there are wonderful views of the surrounding area and distant sea views of Alicante bay. Ana recommend a fabulous dog beach for Zak our dog he loved it, we did too. Thank you for everything Ana our stay in your beautiful home was just perfect.

Spacious home, plenty of space to relax, quiet neighborhood, lots of walking directions. Perfect for people who appreciate quiet neighborhoods, without a city crowd. I recommend!
