Our apartment is located in the main street of the town, close of our beautiful beach. Just 10 minutes walking you can find our beach. The apartment is exclusive for our guests and it has a very comfortable room with a private and big bathroom it also have a kitchen , living space and a balcony. Our backyard is a common space from the building but you can enjoy it . Wifi is available for those who needs to work or been in touch with family(Tax might apply).

The exterior of the house features an inviting orange facade with a covered front porch. Two white chairs are placed on the porch, and there are decorative railings along the edge. Lush greenery surrounds the home, complemented by a clear blue sky.

It is the largest room of the rental houses of Playa Guardalavaca. It is only a few minutes from the beach ,about 10 meters walking distance. It has a balcony in front and a large terrace in the back. In addition, when the customer needs a taxi, I have the service either to move them to other places of interest or to take them to and from the airport or train or bus station. Breakfast service not included and for dinner I have a place nearby where you can do it.

A single-story building is positioned near the shore, featuring a simple facade with red columns and large windows. The area is well-lit, with a tiled floor extending outward. The serene water view signals a tranquil environment, complemented by greenery in the background.

The house has good light. 24 hours. The patio has exit to the sea It is a spacious and quiet place. It is located 8 km from the fishing beach. We have taxi service 24 hours a day. Marina International Puerto de Vita rooms are heated. There is hot and cold water. The kitchen has a gas and electricity kitchen,refrigerator and other facilities. It is a nice place,frezco,quiet, it is what you want to have a good vacation ,we hope for you.

A cozy seating area features two wooden chairs with patterned cushions and a small table, complemented by a bamboo-style coffee table. A basket holds magazines, and a television is positioned on a wooden stand. Natural light filters through the window with adjustable shutters.

All furniture and mattresses are completely new, it has independent access to the house, garage and 2 bicycles at no extra charge for the beach transfer that is 2km away .

It has a terrace overlooking the ocean, breakfast service. It is a very quiet place ideal for nice kisses. We are just a two-minute walk to the Playa Guárlavaca.
