Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Guaecá

Amanda was super friendly, proactive and helpful in the contacts we needed to make with her. In the apartment, we felt very comfortable, as if we were at home. We didn't lack anything. The building structure is also great! As we had 2 small children (2 and 4 years old) the wives felt that the apartment was a little far from the beach, due to the amount of things we had to take, but every day we went and came back on foot (after all, it's practically 3 blocks at most, nothing that justifies taking the car. The location of module 6 is great, as it is close to the mall and main avenue.

I would like to record the immense satisfaction of myself and my family for the lodging in the apt of Mr. Manoel. We were in 4, being a baby. Impeccable apt, perfect functionality, excellent cleaning (I have rhinitis and always suffer/I have ZERO problems. I felt comfortable). Condominium and beach service equally impeccable, helpful and flexible! Amazing structure! We'll be back for sure and recommend c/mta satisfaction. Everyone is to be congratulated for the services provided!

Impeccable apartment, very well equipped and faithful to the photos. We were delighted with the whole structure very well cared for, new and clean. All appliances in perfect condition. The beach path is very easy and even with a baby we had no difficulty. Building has an infrastructure that has served us very well!

The apartment matches the listing, everything is clean and organized, Junior is always attentive, very close to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the mall, our stay was perfect, I recommend it, I will definitely come back more often.

The Marijose apt is complete and super cared for me and my family. So much so that it was not necessary to contact there. Great space and location, quiet mto beach and family atmosphere.

We found the apartment clean, without the smell of mold, much like the photos of the listing, accommodated 6 people with peace of mind . Preserved furniture and utensils, additional beach chairs. Air-conditioned , TV all in perfect condition. Ângelo always ready to answer the questions . It was a great experience . Super recommend !!

The apartment is perfect in a great condominium full of leisure options (outdoor pool and heated pool, spa, sauna, courts, game room), parking spaces and close to the beach with easy access in a quiet point of the Riviera. It's very nice to have all the amenities with bed and bath linens, we only took the beach towels. Full kitchen, everything clean and organized. Great and fast communication.

The house is exactly as advertised, perfect, and Rodrigo gave us all the necessary support. The condominium is excellent. We will definitely come back more often.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything in the photos and description was in the house until my stay. Kitchen equipped with everything that is essential. Janine is very attentive, an excellent host. We had some common setbacks that can happen (the washing machine had been damaged the previous weekend, and the provider ended up taking a couple of days to get it changed, there was a leak in the kitchen sink, in the hot part, as it has heated and cold water), but soon after Janine and the person responsible for Check-in and Check-out, Erivaldo, were informed, they were ready to resolve it. Regardless of the setbacks, the stay was wonderful, the house is really amazing as already pointed out in other reviews that were a game-changer in the decision.

The condominium is well located, about 5 min by car from the centrinho de maresias and close to many beautiful beaches, it is organized and beautiful , gentle employees, from the house to the beach of about 15 min walking, but you can leave the car at the entrance of the condominium which shortens the way to about 7 min, the nearby beach is beautiful but the sea is quite agitated, has few stalls and little structure , there are other beaches around with more options . The house is well equipped, we do not miss anything, there is air conditioning in the environments and fans which helps a lot with the humidity , the region is of forest , and a lot of moisture causes the smell of mold, which for me is always a problem , I did not think that there were many insects, the house is screened in most windows. The owner was kind , flexible with the schedules and quickly answered all questions.

Very nice house, spacious, with everything you need for a good stay. The condo is very complete and safe, it has 3 swimming pools, a gym and games for children. The house is one of the first, it is very close to the entrance and therefore a few meters from the beach. Communication with the host was impeccable. I would definitely come back, we had a great stay! Thank you so much!!

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

We love our stay in this flat! Everything was impeccable: very clean, organized, with a super comfortable space that exceeded our expectations. Clean bedding, all very well sanitized and decorated in very good taste. In the apartment it has a dryer and washing machine, which helped us a lot because it is not necessary to take many pieces (only the ones on the beach). The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. We definitely want to come back more often! Thank you for providing a more than enjoyable experience.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated.
