I loved this AirB&B. I chose it because I wanted to stay in a neighborhood that felt authentic and away from tourist areas. This place did not disappoint . It is large and nicely decorated, with lots of sunlight during the day and great privacy. Because I wanted an authentic experience, I understood that not everything in the apartment would be perfect and new. There is some noise in the neighborhood but it was during hours that were not disruptive for me. The host is very friendly and offered to help in anyway he could. He was very responsive when I needed something replaced. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Es una casa sencilla pero muy cómoda, la cochera algo estrecha, la zona muy tranquila y con buenos lugares para comer, tuvimos un pequeño detalle con el agua pero se resolvió muy rápido por parte de Martha y su esposo

El alojamiento cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas, era tal como se mostraba en las fotos, limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara y rápida. Sin duda lo recomendaríamos y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

El departamento se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones. Viene con todo equipado (cocina, cable TV, internet wifi, sábanas, toallas). Es muy limpio e iluminado. Posee Internet de alta velocidad lo cual me favoreció mucho. Esta ubicado en un área bien tranquila y silenciosa y lo mejor, tienes de TODO en sus alrededores. Luis es un gran anfitrión y estuvo todo el tiempo pendiente. Si pudiera dar 10 estrellas, los daría. Recomendado 100%

Wow! This location far exceeded my expectations. The entire unit is brand new and very chic. The furniture is comfortable. stylish and includes many great art pieces that give the space life you don't find in hotels. The gated neighborhood is peaceful, quite, and cute. There is a convenience store in the complex and the area outside is pleasantly walkable. Pepe is a wonderful host and a pleasure to talk too, make sure to spend some time getting to know him. Simply put, this is the best deal in town and should not be missed. I can't wait to return for another stay. Thanks Pepe!

Todo muy bien, la zona de lujo y el departamento limpio

We had a very short stay but thoroughly enjoyed the very private and quiet space provided. The home was very well maintained, extremely clean and exactly is described in photos. The area is perfect for getting around to a lot of what’s in Centro. It is less than 15 minutes walking to the Cathedral, as well as all the surrounding shops and museums, etc. I walked to and from during day and night and felt perfectly safe. It’s also a short walk to a nearby train station, which can take you to other neighborhoods in the city. Although I booked last minute, the host accommodated me with an early check-in, we did not end up using it, but it was good to have just in case we arrived earlier. Make your way upstairs for an absolutely stunning view from the rooftop. This is certainly a place that I would love to be welcomed to again during future trips. Thank you for wonderful stay!

Todo estuvo muy bien, el departamento es amplio y bonito como se ve en las fotos, las camas son cómodas y el aire acondicionado excelente para el calor. Si se escucha el ruido de la calle pero la zona es tranquila.

El alojamiento de Ben fue increíble! Buena ubicación, la casa es hermosa y acogedora, puedes encontrar varios restaurantes cercanos, plazas y calles principales del Centro Histórico, Ben fue flexible, ya que llegamos antes de lo esperado y nos permitió hacer el Check-in, si yo tenia dudas Ben las respondía, en general fue amable y nuestra estancia muy buena!! Definitivamente volvería , si estás pensando en alojarte aquí no lo dudes…

Great host and hospitality was Amazing! I went with a group of friends who happen to have the same host in different spaces who we felt this host exceeded all expectations. Definitely recommend if you are traveling to Guadalajara with your little ones.

It was a great stay with our 2 kids. Very easy to find, easy to check in. Place was exactly like the pictures. Everything worked great. We have stayed at other places a few blocks down and it has been too noisy, but not at this place. It’s far away from the Main Street to have some quiet but also close enough to access what you need. The only thing was that the covers on the bed were dirty, had a lot of hairs. Thankfully we found clean blankets in the closet. Overall, worth the price!

Lugar impecable, súper tranquilo, bien ubicado y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Muy atenta, respuestas muy rápidas y mostró apoyo.

Todo excelente, un fin de semana sumamente agradable. Reconozco la confianza, amabilidad y cumplimiento del anfitrión. Luisa siempre estuvo al pendiente la vez que la necesitamos y su recibimiento fue de lo mejor. Buen lugar, fresco y cumpliendo todo lo que muestra en la publicación. Buena alberca para niños y mucho espacio para las mascotas.

Muy linda la estancia, todo muy cómodo y agradable, es genial el anfitrión y la zona de la piscina muy bonita.
