Our employees lived in the flats offered by Jürgen for several months in total. Obviously, during this time there were situations that required immediate solutions and host intervention. Jürgen always responded promptly to our requests and solved the problems that arose. Communication was excellent, the host always responded to our messages within a couple of minutes. There are also no comments about the apartments themselves. Everything was as stated in the description and also the pictures did not differ from reality. We would recommend Jürgen and his properties.

Frank was an amazing host and was very attentive to our needs. He provided water and coffee which was really nice. He took his time to walk us through the apartment and showed us how things worked. The apartment was extremely clean and peaceful. I would recommend his place to anyone visiting the area!

I would like to express some words of thanks to Petrini. , really very nice host. The house is very good, clean, in quite area, and equipped with everything you need for a long stay. I highly recommend it.

We have already stayed for the second time, albeit this time only for 4 nights in the fantastic apartment, with plenty of space and tasteful furnishings. After a warm welcome, we were able to make ourselves comfortable. Our highlight is the great terrace overlooking the garden, unfortunately it was not the right weather to sit outside in January. The apartment is well equipped, there is plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans.... and even water, oil, spices, pasta, pesto, capsules for the Nespresso Vertura machine...... Everything is very clean and so we felt very comfortable again, it is almost like home thanks to our dear hosts Gabi and Roland. The transport connection is great, short distance to the train station and stress-free by train to Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden...... A small tip from us is Pizzeria Fortuna, although only pick-up, but very tasty, cheap, freshly prepared pizzas and within 3 minutes walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Flat was convenient, clean, and safe. Paul was a helpful host. Would recommend to friends and family.

Friendly nice host who always had an open ear for questions. Parking directly at the house was worth its weight in gold. Downtown is within walking distance. Check-in/out was easy and very flexible, which was problematic with my work assignment. All in all, I can recommend the place and with the kindness of the landlord, that makes it pretty easy. Markus welcomed me very nicely and always responded to questions directly, helpful and very nice. The apartment was very clean, is well furnished with a pleasant atmosphere to feel comfortable in. In addition, it is very well equipped - had everything you need. Very good is also the central location in the city center, close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. I have experienced Markus very warmly as a host and would like to inquire again on occasion.

Never heard any noise. Very walkable close to grocery, bakery and tram station. Even at night very well lit surroundings making 2 women alone feel safe at all times! Apartment itself beautifully decorated to make any woman feel right at home and the cherry on top a beautiful spacious private balcony! Definitely would highly recommend to anyone trying to enjoy Mannheim

Wonderful apartment with all facilities. Quiet neighborhood, close to shops, restaurant and railway station. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Franco is quick to respond and help with recommendations if needed. There is a place to put the car. I really liked it! Thank you so much.

We spent a night at this great place. A kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom... and everything with details, very clean and tidy. The place is super nice and you can park without problems. The bed is very comfortable and the sofa bed is too. It is very close to Frankfurt airport and 10 minutes away from a beautiful village. I highly recommend it and hope to repeat it again for more days.

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. We highly recommend the place. There are many things to do in the surrounding area. The apartment was perfect for the weekend as a group and we would go back. Unfortunately, the beds are a bit worn out and there are many trees between the walking path and the river so you cannot walk directly along the river in this section. But there was nothing more to complain about. With the key box it was very straightforward and the rooms and amenities in the place were great. Everything was clean. The hot tub was also a highlight. Quick accessibility if you have any questions. Value for money was also good. I'd love to come back:)

Sven’s place exceeded my expectations in every possible way. It was important for me to have peace and quiet, and Sven’s neighborhood had both. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances, even more than I found reason to use. Everything seemed brand new and the apartment was immaculately clean. I give Sven’s place a AAA rating.

The apartment is amazing and we had a great time there! We fully enjoyed the fireplace, the music in the house, and the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ever need. It’s the kind of apartment that’s hard to leave — we’ll definitely come back. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and answered all the questions we had.
