This is a wonderful little flat in an outstanding location. It's on the ground level on a quiet street, and near a very picturesque street (Rue Cler) with shops. We appreciated being able to come home each night to a quiet space after so much stimulus during the day. Gabrielle is a great communicator and provides lots of recommendations and is great at getting you information you need timely. Do yourself the favor and use her recommendation to hire a driver if you're coming from a long haul flight. She has a very trusted driver that was wonderful and made our entrance to Paris so much simpler than navigating hiring a taxi or finding our way via metro/bus. Save that process for the way home when you're an expert metro navigator. You won't be disappointed if you chose to stay here.

There were five of us (4 adults and a 14-year-old girl) for four days. Quiet, quiet area 10 minutes from the Rer to go to the city.. in front of the house there is a mini market and near a small boulangerie . At the Rer stop there is also a Carrefour express. The house is large, cozy and bright large kitchen equipped with all amenities (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, toaster). There is a cellar where you can find a washing machine and recycling bins. Living room with TV, a 3-seater sofa and 2 comfortable armchairs. Wooden stairs illuminated by LEDs to the steps for the evening you go to the floors. On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms with (in one the shower and in the other the bathtub) apart, along the hallway, there is a toilet in a special room. On the 2nd floor there is a double and one for children. Shower room and in another the toilet. The host was available, provided a lot of directions and responsive to messages. Tip.

Very nice place to stay for a family trip to Paris. Bakery and supermarket around the corner, so we could start the day well. Well-equipped kitchen, cooking would be quite possible, but we did not use it. Stove, large fridge, freezer, oven. For breakfast, we only enjoyed delicious coffee from the available capsule coffee machine.

It was nice stay for 4 days in Paris! The room was so clean and tidy. It was comfortable beacause there was a kitchen and bathroom inside the room. The location was little bit far from the center of paris but the bus stop was nearby so that it was easy to go out. I hope to stay again in the future!

Loved our stay at Julie’s. The apartment has lots of lovely touches & is very spacious for 2 people. Having the piano and the beautiful giant couch was my favorite part. The view at night was amazing, you could see the lights of the Eiffel tower. The location is walkable, lots of things around, & yet still feel peaceful. Julie communicated well & made us feel welcome through our correspondence. I would definitely recommend staying at Julie’s.

The apartment was great: a Paris 7th floor garrett (with elevator) with view of the upper 1/2 of Notre Dame cathedral (spire and bell towers), amazing location with easy 1 minute access to St Michel plaza and metro hub, easy walk to many cultural sites, and lively street life and restaurants. Cathedral bells and street hubbub were fun with windows open, but very quiet with windows closed. Small space (perfect for anniversary couple) included kitchen and washer/dryer. Gracious Host Jean-Paul met us on arrival and gave a full orientation.

Great experience in Sarah's apartment. Although there were 4 of us, including a 6-year-old girl and a 6-month-old baby, and the spaces are not huge, we didn't miss anything because the house is full of every comfort. The house is very clean and I really appreciated having found products and tools to keep it clean, without having to buy the necessary items. It is half an hour away by public transport from the city's main attractions, but it is convenient for bus and metro stops and above all it is worth it because it is in a beautiful neighborhood. A sunset walk along the canal is everything! Thanks again

Great spot in the 11th arr. Plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store 1 minute away. Plenty of different shops as well, including boulangeries, fromageries, wine shops, and more. Also very close to a metro stop so we had good access to all of Paris. Lou’s home was definitely a home and not just a place to stay. We wanted to make sure to treat it with respect as it made us feel at home 4,000 miles away from our home.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is great as it’s not far from Paris and very easy to reach the Louvre and other main attractions. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with a lovely garden which was especially convenient as I was traveling with my small dog. The neighborhood is nice with a fantastic bakery and a small grocery store nearby while larger supermarkets are about a 15–20 minute walk away. There’s also a pharmacy close by. The apartment has everything needed for a long stay and the host was very kind responsive and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay near Paris!

Very happy with my stay in this super sunny apartment, even bigger than in the photos and very conveniently located. The bedroom overlooks the yard, so super peaceful. The alley is quiet as well. Clément is very friendly! He made sure I was comfortable during my stay. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe thanks to the 2 doors that are on the ground floor and the security cameras. I look forward to returning in the coming months.

This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. Is it indeed a peaceful haven – quiet, clean, with many amenities for a longer stay. As others have mentioned, it is very well located to the Robinson RER B train station for quick and easy access to Paris. In addition to good options for bakeries and grocery stores, there are beautiful parks nearby for those who enjoy long walks. Nathalie is a perfect host – welcoming, informative, and very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great time at Alain’s. The place is on a quite neighbourhood, 5 min drive to RER E which will take you in 30 to Paris center and to Disneyland, which is also a 30 minutes drive. The place is exactly as showed on pictures, the second bedroom in on a higher level. The garden with jacuzzi are marvelous, after a hot day spent in Disneyworld or Paris perfect to chill down, splash in water and barbeque. Alain is very friendly, fast in communication and helps with everything that is needed. Strongly recomend, especially for families with children!

This house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was amazing. We had a co-host meet us to walk through the house, plus there were video instructions on how to use all the appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and travel toiletries. The house was very clean, organized and fit our two families well. We had two sets of parents, 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens and everyone had their own space. The house itself is also beautifully remodeled. We used uber most of the time to get around, but the house is walking distance to public transportation too. There's also a Franprix within walking distance for household food and items. I would highly recommend this house and host to everyone.

We spent a long weekend at Noemi's place. it is a great place hidden from the busy streets of Versailles. the house was very comfortable with all you need to feel like at home. The weather was great and we spent a couple of late evenings on the terrasse. The train station to Paris is 5 min away. Warmly recommended!

Location , location and location A great location to be in Paris, everything walkable from top monuments to shopping to great food. The house is maintained with all small small essentials you may need while on holiday, very thoughtful. Very quiet and peaceful place with a clear Eiffel Tower view sitting right in the balcony. Very easy and clear to find address for taxis etc. , the host should be a little flexible for checkin and checkout when someone is travelling, it could always be an hour here and there .. I had an exceptional stay at this place
