Paal 14 is a cozy, comfortable, classy 4-person cottage on a beautiful avenue, within walking distance of the dunes, climbing dune, the village with shops and restaurants. It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. On the edge of the nature reserve "Varkensland", less than 15 minutes from Amsterdam, you will find our completely renovated guest house. A sunny two-story house overlooking the garden and the water. From this oasis of peace and quiet, you can discover this beautiful region, with historic towns such as Monnickendam and Marken. Amsterdam is also literally around the corner. The bus ride to Amsterdam takes 10 minutes. The bus leaves every 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop.

Sandepark 127 can be found in Groote Keeten, a small village directly on the coast and 3 km north of the cozy and tourist village of Callantsoog. The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600 m from the coast. The wide sandy beach is great for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kite flying, blockards and paddle boarding. In the immediate vicinity of Groote Keeten you will find beautiful walking and cycling routes through beautiful nature reserves.

Luna Beach House is een gezellig warm ingericht huis voor 4 personen, energiezuinig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is een complete woning met 2 slaapkamers, woonkamer, compleet ingerichte keuken en badkamer met douche en toilet.

Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back a spacious garden room with fireplace and in addition a private garden. The garden room can be heated with the fireplace . In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Lovely apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!

Two bedrooms, one mezzazine, sleeps 6 people. Please note the mezzazine has a steep ladder. We prefer to host families or people with reviews. 30 minute drive to Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Zaandam. Closer are Edam, Volendam and Marken.

Our small cozily furnished holiday home for 2 people with private garden on the south-southwest is 700 meters from the beach. Practical and fully equipped with dishwasher, combi-microwave, fridge and use of freezer so you can also enjoy your stay at home. The center is 300 meters away, but yet one can wonderfully enjoy the tranquility.
