We had a most enjoyable stay , the pool was a real bonus as the weather was very hot. The staff were terrific and really helpful and were available throughout our stay to assist . We will definitely book The Pool House again .

The venue is beautiful designed so much space with different areas yet not huge. Host was always helpful and responded quickly. We loved the house it was a home

We had an incredible few days at the house in Knysna! It was so comfortable and inviting that we never wanted to leave. We enjoyed swimming, braaiing and relaxing while watching movies together. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, plus some lovely extras. The rooms were clean and the bed really comfortable .The owners Kate and Grant, were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely love to return whenever possible. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it!

Our principle contact was Jonathan who couldn’t have done more for us, a superb host who lives nearby. The property is well equipped throughout and located in a safe residential area just 200m from the estuary. We spent 24 wonderful days there. One point is that internal access to the upstairs is by a rather narrow spiral staircase which might not suit all ie elderly but for others ie children a point of excitement. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending both the property and hosts as a wonderful home to relax and unwind in. We’ve only found one other to match!

The home was lovely, clean and well appointed. Lynne who envelopes us get in was punctual and friendly and communicated with us throughout. Ilsebe also checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable.

We loved our stay at C25 The Island, Knysna Quays. It is a gorgeous home and so comfortable and homely. It is so beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and has everything you could need for a home away from home. We wished we could stay longer! Heather is a warm and engaging host - quick to respond and so happy to help with anything you need. Heather loves Knysna and is eager to share it with her guests. Our check-in was handled by her lovely daughter Jenna - which was quick and easy. We will definitely be back - it was everything we had hoped for and more.

Morne is a super host. The house is way more beautiful and spacious in real life. It was a really magical getaway for my family. The street lights reflecting on the water of the lake at night was one of the picturesque highlights for me. We would definitely like to stay there again in the very near future. Thank you Morné.

Dirk’s place was fabulous. The views from the deck were to die for, and was short walk along the road to the Wilderness National Park and glorious trails along the river. Restaurants in Wilderness ‘village” were not walkable but were only a 5 minute drive. We can recommend the Salinas beach restaurant on the equally fabulous Wilderness beach. Our only regret is that we did not stay long enough to fully enjoy the facilities that Dirk’s place offered (cycles, kayaks, braaii).

We recently stayed at Maria’s lovely house and had a fantastic experience. The view was breathtaking, and the location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. The house was incredibly well-equipped, making our stay super comfortable. We encountered a few minor challenges during our visit, but the owner handled them swiftly and professionally, ensuring everything was resolved quickly. Their responsiveness stood out and made a great impression. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d happily return. I highly recommend this place!

Our party consisted of 6 adults from one family who travelled from Western Australia, Johannesburg, Cape Town and George.. We wanted a peaceful holiday catching up with each others news. The beach house was perfect. There was only one very small criticism and that was the lack of a washing machine but we did know that when we booked. An efficient laundry in the village satisfied our need. Thank you Richard.

We had a great stay. Being winter and cold they were very well equipped inside the house to ensure we were warm and comfortable, with an indoor wood burning fireplace and heaters in the rooms.

We had a pleasant stay at the property. The host was responsive and helpful throughout, She quickly assisted us when the gas supply needed attention. The property itself was properly equipped and conveniently located. Overall, it was a good experience, and we appreciated the support. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed — the hosts greeted us warmly and had thoughtfully left snacks, a bottle of wine, and even a delicious cake for us to enjoy. Such a special touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The house itself is stunning — spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The peaceful location made it the perfect place to unwind. We loved spending time on the patio, soaking in the scenery, and enjoying relaxed evenings by the fire. The location is ideal too — just a short drive from town, yet far enough to feel like a private retreat. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return. Great place, large house with big separate rooms, beautiful views, lovely walking paths around the golf course and on the hiking trials. Dutton Cove great sea food restaurant nearby. Herold`s bay Beach is small drive away. Overall great value for money.

Lovely and simple. Easy beach access with ocean views from the balcony/braai area and nearby restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The home: well thought out design, amenities galore, tastefully decorated; The neighbourhood: friendly, peaceful, in walking distance to the lagoon and the famous wild oats market, The overall experience was magical, and just what we needed after a few stressful weeks. This was a safe area where we could walk through the neighborhood. It is close to everything in Knysna. It was very clean and having a washer was really helpful. Wifi seemed slow. The property has a lot of steps, but that was fine for our family. It was nice to have multiple seating areas so we could sit together or spread out when we wanted to. Host offered information on local attractions and had coffee, milk, and sugar for when we arrived.

We quickly settled in at Paradise. The house has everything one needs, felt peaceful and safe. Very close to the lagoon and also mosaic/slow roast for morning coffee walks. Hosts warm and friendly.

We had a great time at Kim's place, the view from the deck alone was worth every cent. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and extremely spacious, coming and going was a breeze. thanks to the anti-bug mesh on the bedroom windows we could keep them open and have a constant supply of fresh and cool air which made the hot summer nights quite bearable (it's the little things that count). overall a lovely stay with zero issues.
