Wow what a place, we had a truly lovely stay! Lucy is a fantastic host, very welcoming, friendly & informative! Lucy even left us a welcome basket! Filled with essentials plus prosecco, biscuits & a homemade lemon cake - Lucy went above and beyond! It is such a beautiful, private, welcoming and relaxing annex! Perfect for a break from busy day to day life! Fab for the puppies too, with a private secure outdoor garden and amazing location with great walks and trips. Very spacious house in a convenient location for visiting relatives. My daughter loved the piano. Great communication from Josephine prior to our stay. Highly recommended as a base for visiting the area.

stayed here while up north training my dogs, idyllic cottage, beautiful wood burner, private HUGE field to walk/train my dogs, and the best part of all for me is that they also understand re dogs/owners having requirements like dogs potentially not mixing so creating a schedule or a message re when you're out toileting yours which is a very rare find indeed, super flexible hosts when my plans changed slightly, so very welcoming and lovely people, could have asked for more, myself Puddles and Pyro will absolutely be back 😁 thank you again so very much 😁😁😁

Katherine gave us all the information we needed, We arrived on Friday evening, the place was lovely and warm. We made ourselves right at home. We brought our Dog along for our trip. The dovecote was a perfect place to relax with a super king bed and a huge shower, all the facilities we needed. A perfect getaway for the weekend. We’d love to return some time in the future Highly recommended. 5 Star
