We had a great vacation! Very nice residence with the sea only meters away Lots of fishing and boat opportunities. The landlord was always available and helpful if we had any questions. Thinking of coming back next summer 🤩

Our family stayed at Silje's for a weekend and we loved it. The house has a lot of character and is well stocked with everything you might need. The views of the river and waterfall are lovely. Although the property is near other homes it didn't detract very much from the experience. I would highly recommend to families with small children. Our two year old loved the toys at the house and playground at the nearby campground. We will be back!

3 families with children had a great time in Grimstad. Excellent starting point for visiting the Zoo. We would have loved to have more time in the beautiful forest and at the amazing Groos swimming area nearby as well. The house was nicely renovated and had good beds. A little foamy stairs for the little kids. Super host, thank you for having us!

We were 4 ladies on holiday in Grimstad and had a great time in Betty's beautiful house. Clean and tidy, large beautiful rooms and good descriptions from the host. Very cozy with an available outdoor living room in the garden. The host was quick to get in touch with us when we had questions and had made suggestions for activities in the area. Walking distance to cozy city center with good restaurants. Recommend house and hosting to anyone who wants to visit cozy Grimstad.

Great space and very central in Grimstad. Patio overlooking the entrance for Grimstad harbor, covered and very nice location. Smartly decorated house if was nicely located with a short distance to everything in Grimstad city. Perfect for us. The host was right, the best strawberries we've tasted in a long time :) Informative and pleasant host, recommended!

Maybe one of Airbnb's best landlords! Extremely flexible and hospitable landlord who facilitated and adapted the rental for our wishes/needs to be met. The landlord has been incredibly nice and done what she can to make us feel comfortable. In addition, the accommodation was of a high standard, well equipped, very clean and incredibly homey. Great value for money! We have been here 2 years in a row, and recommend anyone who will be sleeping in the area to really consider this gem!

Nice apartment with nice location by the water. It's easy to get here and the place is a short bus ride away from the city center.

The home is nicely located in a quiet residential area. Good standard and quite new. Large and good beds in all bedrooms. Very nice host. Great communication before/during your stay. As an added bonus, we were invited on a trip in the sailboat to the host, and got to see the great archipelago around Grimstad.

Bjorn is a very kind and polite host. The house was.....wow..! I can write in all kinds of superlatives, but just book it and you'll know what I'm talking about. Su-perb house, fantastic kitchen, decent+ bedrooms. The house is very spatial. The livingroom sit-corner is, well, as I would like to have it myself, with comfy couches, a rediculously big TV. But in general, just the way the house is decorated and the movables are set-up. Very nice. Everything you need is in there. Plus, the general atmosphere/ambiance is pleasant. Not so much the surroundings, because you do need a car to get somewhere, but the people (also the neighbors across the street), and the house itself. Yes there's a price to pay but it's absolutely worth the money. The only pitty I feel is that I was only there for 2 days. Thanks Bjorn!
