Peaceful and spacious single-family home with 100 meters to fresh water and short distance to the sea with boat space. 20 minutes to Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret. Double garage with large outdoor area. 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, sleeps about 9 people. Kitchen and laundry are available. Barbecue bu with fireplace with plenty of space. Comforters and pillows available, but tenant must bring their own sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included, the tenant must do their own laundry. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available.

The house contains hallway, a spacious bathroom, open plan kitchen w/dining room, TV living room, loft living room/sleeping alcove and 2 bedrooms The home is centrally located in rural surroundings and short road to the sea. Parking spaces, close to car road, sheltered patio with very good sun conditions Vikkilen: 5 min walk Grimstad town: 5 min drive Arendal: 15 mins drive(frequent bus connections both ways right next door) Zoo, water park and Sørlandsparken:30 min drive Golf course, hiking areas and many beaches/swimming facilities close by

New log house with stunning views of the sea

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Modern southern house with boat in Arendal!

Welcome to my newly renovated home, perfect as a commuter home, or as a relaxing and comfortable getaway! ☀️ There is a 40HK boat, boat space above the road. 🚤🌊 (+500kr per night for boat rental) season: April 16-November 14 Public parking and bus pocket is available just outside the house. The accommodation is close to a main road that can be busy at times, but the house is well insulated against noise. The accommodation is ready to host guests, even if there is still some outdoor work. Welcome!😀

Sjarmerende, lite sørlandshus fra 1870 midt i Grimstad sentrum. Ett minutt fra gågata, likevel fredelig tilbaketrukket. Solrik uteplass og barnevennlig minihage. To (tre) separate soverom, syv sengeplasser. Reiseseng til små barn. Sengetøy og håndklær inkl. Nisjebutikker, restauranter, teater, kjøpesenter og flere museer i gangavstand. Fine turområder på bynære topper og gangavstand til to små bystrender. Ikke parkering på tomta, men 170m unna i Arresten p-hus kr. 150/døgn og kr. 420/uke.

Charming older southern house with sunny garden and porch. City center walking distance. Room for one car. Rented for the entire week during Arendalsuka, minimum 4 nights. The residence is about 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, attic, bathroom, laundry room and living room with open kitchen solution. The residence has sea glow and it is 80 m down to the city fjord. Only 5 min to go to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery, cafe, etc.

New house (170 m2) on Hisøy near Arendal. Close to beaches and the city center by ferry and very nice hiking area. The house is close to the wood. A short distance to walk (15 min) to the ferry to Arendal, which leaves every half an hour. And close to the bus(4 min walk) and grocery store. 5 min. drive to the beach or a stroll. 40 min. til Kristiansand dyrepark with a car.
