Vacation rentals with beach access in Grimaud

This was something special and more!! The apartment had everything you would need to make a holiday hassle free . Alex was wonderful in her communication and couldn’t have been more helpful she definitely went above and beyond. The area is great 5mins from train station and 3 minute walk to the beach , plenty of restaurants and wonderful bakeries in the vicinity. Will definitely be returning!

5 days in paradise. Much better than I expected, Cathy's apartment is new, beautiful, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds and nothing is missing, 2 TVs, cd dvd mp3, wifi, a small stereo system for FM lovers, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, an electric grill on the terrace, there are even two small umbrellas for the beach. Really like staying at home, even better, the terrace is just overlooking the sea, beautiful, spacious, the apartment is on the top of two floors, with elevator and above there is another large terrace like the entire apartment itself with a jacuzzi ready for use . A short walk to beautiful beaches, convenience stores, cafes, pubs , rice, tobacco, all within walking distance. For those traveling by train there is also a bus that stops right in front of the building. Cathy is an impeccable host, kind and available for anything. I've been going on that stretch of coast for years and now I have an extra reason to go back as soon as I can ))

Seemingly very well located, close to a lovely beach and nice walks in the Dramont. Quiet and as described. We had a lovely stay at the Esterel.

Paradise place, feet in the sand, a breathtaking view of the sea. The place is ideal with a child so that he or she enjoys the beach all day without having to manage transportation, etc. it's magical! Thanks for everything!

We stayed at Catherine's place for 45 days and recommend it without reservation. You can get everywhere on foot. Garage available in the building. The accommodation is equipped with all amenities to make everyday life easier. Beautiful sunny and comfortable terrace with direct sea views.

Good location with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance , making things even easy we usually uber in all the necessary items for our stay, Tina has been very responsive and helpful during our stayed . If you need to accommodation for 10 persons and above , here is the best choice .

This apartment is fantastic value, the apartment is less than 2 minutes from the beach. The best restaurant i Juan Les Pins "Le Bistrot" is 50 metres away! A decent supermarket is just around the corner and yet it still feel quiet in the apartment. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Angela is very responsive and helpful. it's great!

A very nice apartment right on the beach of Cannes. One small flaw is the slightly older furniture and that you could not sit or have breakfast on the terrace as well as the table was a little small. But you can handle that. Vincent is a great host, very friendly and was always easy to reach and responded quickly. If you want to spend a nice and relaxing holiday, this is the place for you!!!

Very beautiful house with great views and pool. There are 3 bedrooms and an annex which worked really well for us. We also enjoyed the tennis courts and the beach which is very close. Can only highly recommend the house and Carine was very accommodating and always quick to respond.

Very charming rental with superb shaded terrace cleaning a beautiful view of the vegetation and the sea. Charm a little outdated due to colors and architecture, paired with an interior in excellent condition especially kitchen and bathroom. Abundance of crockery, furniture and all utility items. Small beach 5 minutes walk quite quiet (end of April) even in great sunshine, with very beautiful panorama.

This charming house is very unusual. On the one hand, the location with access to the sea, the wonderful terraces overlooking the sea and the islands opposite and the loving design of the rooms, we especially liked the atmospheric paintings. My 92-year-old mother was just as excited as the little ones. The 18-month-old grandson kept shouting excitedly "water," and that describes the enthusiasm of all of us: The view of the sea is ubiquitous, beautiful. Many thanks to the hosts, also for the uncomplicated departure!

Very good location. The welcome and advice from the "vue mer" agency were really impeccable. The house is beautiful, clean, well-equipped. The environment is super quiet. The exterior (of the property) is ideal for spending time (table, bbk, really nice guingette corner). You can feel that everything has been tastefully thought out.

We spent a whole month in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The house and the apartment are very nice, the apartment is spacious and stylishly furnished. We felt very comfortable. The location is quiet and a good starting point to wonderful beaches or to the beautiful region there. Manu and Gaelle were very friendly and helpful. We and the whole family had a good time. The house was spacious, appropriate for small children. The swimming pool was great for the children. The surrounding area has many places for walks and views. The host was kind.

We had a great time at Leslie's place. The accommodation is very pleasant and well-equipped. We were able to enjoy the beautiful shaded terrace in the middle of summer and at any time of day. La Capte beach is a short walk away and La Capte's restaurant shops are within walking distance. Leslie was welcoming and very responsive. We will not hesitate to come back!

This studio facing the sea is a jewel, very well-equipped and cozy, Wendy made sure we lacked nothing! I would recommend it without hesitation!

We had a great time at Amria's place. The apartment is located close to shops, the beach or even old Antibes. Amria is an available, responsive host with good advice. I highly recommend staying at Amria's place for a stay in Antibes.

In short, a great stay in this apartment. The apartment although small is very functional and the living room is spacious enough. The decoration is very neat and tasteful. The sea view is beautiful. Access to the beach is a 3-minute walk with a short stretch on the road. Only downside, finding space on arrival can be a real headache! The value for money is correct. We did not have the pleasure of meeting our host but she was very responsive on the app and gave us specific instructions.

Delphine and François, available and responsive, make every effort to accommodate you in a nice, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Its ideal geographical location, a 5-minute walk to the port and the beach, will allow you to take beautiful walks along the coastline or go to the port to enjoy a delicious swordfish fillet at the restaurant "La Rose des Vents"... We came in February and enjoyed the quiet season... To be repeated in the summer season!

Florence is a great and very likeable host. The place is small but has everything it needs and was clean. Above all, the kitchen is well equipped, with a big plus the electric grill on the terrace. Great is also the small terrace, instead of just a balcony. Location is great and very close to the sea and shopping. Safe parking. Only negative point, it was quite dusty in many places.
