Sunny, quiet separate studio

You will be staying in a cosy studio separate from the main house, one bedroom with queen sized bed and large ensuite. Situated at the rear of my house, the studio has its own private access and views to my garden. Beside the cabin is the patio area with outdoor seating, for guests to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden. We have fast and reliable wifi. Located 25 mins from the airport and 10 from the CBD Must love animals! We have a Persian cat, a golden retriever and a whippet

The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. This small self-contained studio is situated in the back garden of our house and is accessed via its own private entrance. Please note there are a few stairs so no wheelchair access. It is fully equipped with its own bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and deck. It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Located in Grey Lynn, which is one of Auckland's very popular inner-city suburbs. We are close to public transport and only 10-15 minutes from the city centre and Ponsonby.

Private Cozy Self Contained Unit

We have a self contained Unit which has two Queen sized bedrooms with it's own bathroom, living area has a double sofa bed with a kitchenette (which has fridge, microwave, bench top conventional oven, jug and toaster and BBQ). If you need a hot plate, pots, Air fryer, rice cooker and slow cooker are all available on request. Great for business travellers or holiday guests. Unit is very private and easy parking and close to Auckland City and all motorways.

Rose Cottage - The Studio

Private Grey Lynn studio with deck and garden situated five minutes' walk from Ponsonby Road. Breakfast is provided for the first day or two of your stay, although if you prefer to eat out, Ponsonby has wonderful cafes and restaurants as well as bars and shopping. The studio is close to Grey Lynn Park and good transport links to the city (less than 3kms away) and beyond but is an easy walk into the CBD.
