Bright, clean & cosy, sliding doors open onto a private deck. Our studio is not set up for self-catering but you can make a simple breakfast & we are very close to great cafes/bars/food stores. Set back from the street the studio is quiet and secure. Free parking on street. Bus stop 5minutes walk. You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.

Close enough to all Auckland attractions and yet enjoy the suburban quiet. Close to the Zoo, Eden Park, Western Springs Park and Stadium, Motat, Supermarket, Cafe's! Minutes drive from the city centre or quick bus ride (bus stop at end of the street). Lovely area, free fast Fibre WiFi Minutes walk to Grey Lynn and West Lynn boutique cafes, restaurants and clothing stores. Ample free street parking.

(Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
