Amazing couple of days in the cozy A Frame! We enjoyed catching up by the fire, unwinding in the sauna and exploring the trails on site. Milena and Johnny were welcoming hosts! Will be back for sure!!!!

Alec’s property was just what I needed. A peaceful stay away from it all. I appreciated the east check in and your around the property when I arrived. All anemeties were available, as described in the listing. A perfect, laid back place to bring your pups and enjoy the outdoors, water and local hikes on the Bruce trail. I will definitely be back!

It was an absolutely wonderful place, perfect to relax and if you want to spend a wonderful evening at a campfire this is perfect

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin, the pond is beautiful and peacful, Alec was always responding, he met us when we arrived and showed us around. and when we had to check out earlier he was responsive and very nice. if we have the chance we will come again for sure. Thank you Alec and Natalia

This was far more lovely than what the photos depict! We had anticipated an adventurous weekend and instead opted to stay at the bunkie the most of the time. Highly recommended.

To make it short: It is just so amazing as it looks like on the photos (especially the outdoor shower with warm water is a great experience). We loved this spot. Very peaceful setting on a private lake shared with only a few other cabins. Unfortunately the weather was colder than forecasted, and Alec allowed us to switch from the unheated bunkie to a cabin with a wood stove last minute at no extra charge. Cabins are as pictured and come with all amenities mentioned. We would definitely return!

We had a great weekend at this beautiful little A frame in the woods. It is clean, cozy and comfortable. Exactly as advertised. Karla was easy to communicate with and helped us when we needed some extra wood for the fire burning stove- which she discreetly left by the back door- helping us maintain a sense of respectful privacy. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch, even drinks at the look out and a hike in the area based on a recommended list of things to do. We would definitely come back to this little magical place. You’ll love it!

Our stay was an absolute delight! The place was incredibly relaxing, nestled right in the heart of nature. The serene surroundings provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, offering all the essentials we needed(even though no electricity in the cabin). The Breakfast was delicious, Their Quiche and Egg fried sandwich were great, and dont forget to try that milk(that was really fresh!) Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy a tranquil retreat!

It’s a very cute and clean cabin, it was perfect for our girls trip. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, they were quick to help with any questions.

We had a wonderful time away from the city. Firepit was great, lots of wood. Bunkie was as advertised; small and cozy, we all slept well. Our car got stuck in the mud so they just gave us one of their trucks to use for the day which was unexpected and very helpful. If it wasn’t overcast it would have been a lovely view of the stars and sky. No issues with any bugs or animals. Will likely visit again one day!

I had a wonderful stay at this cute bunkie over the long weekend! It was the perfect little getaway in the middle of nature, offering a lovely break from city life while still having phone network access, which was great. The space was just right for two people, and we appreciated being able to bring our pre-cooked food and heat it on the stove that Shawn provided. The surroundings were so peaceful, making for a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a serene and cozy escape!

We really enjoyed a weekend getaway, hard to beat sitting by the campfire watching the stars. The place was exactly as described and is a little rustic getaway. We loved the location and how private it was with cute little cabin.

For what I needed, it was perfect. To be honest, I had a not-great experience here the first time, but I chose not write about it, and give it another chance (2 more stays now since, actually), and it fits my needs perfectly. Bed is comfy, all is quiet, wifi works great, shower and bathroom are steps away, all as described.

Will definitely be back, Steve was so flexible with check-in and check-out. We had the place all to ourselves, it felt so good disconnecting from the city and the world. See you in Summer, Steve! Thank you for your hospitality! Your cabin is awesome!
