This place was magical, even with the colder weather. We felt right at home with our little one. The views of the lake while sitting beside the fireplace, fully furnished kitchen, cozy living room, only the sounds of nature at the dock, and the hidden treehouse were perfect. It was truly a breath of fresh air to stay in an Airbnb that DID NOT have a list of things to do at checkout! We will definitely stay here again when it’s warmer!

This is our second time staying here and the cottage was just as lovely as we remembered. It’s so nice to find a cottage rental so well equipped (comes with everything from life jackets and kayaks to an air fryer). Chris is also just a wonderful and responsive host. I’m sure we’ll be back a third time!

Our family had an incredible time, cherishing both the scenic beauty and the comfort the cottage offered. From serene mornings to cozy evenings, our experience was genuinely memorable. Highly recommend for families looking to enjoy a peaceful and fun-filled getaway! Perfect launch spot as a launch point for exploring the Peninsula and Colin is a great host to communicate with.

Our stay at this pet-friendly cottage was a dream! Situated on a beautiful, shallow, and crystal-clear lake, it offered fantastic fishing and endless fun for the whole family. The host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved spending time on the water with the provided kayaks and relaxing in the hot tub after a day of adventure. The kids were thrilled with the trampoline and spent hours bouncing around. This cottage is the perfect getaway for families, and we can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at Erica’s place in Meaford! Perfect for our family of six—spacious, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The hot tub was great for a cool day. Erica was a thoughtful and responsive host who made everything easy. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The apartment is presented well in the photos. We loved our stay and the access to the lake and pool. Homeowner was quick to respond by sms. It’s important to know that the “third” bedroom is an open loft space, doesn’t work if you need a 3rd room with a bed and a door and all that but does work if you know what to expect. We were not provided enough towels or any hand towels, in a place with 3 bathrooms. We did find that a bit odd. Either than that great stay.

Had a small bachelor party here recently and I couldn’t be happier! The hosts are the kindest and most helpful people ever! They went above and beyond and were always making sure we had everything. They gave recommendations on where to go and what to do, but they were also respectful of our time and space. Karen and Russell were very gracious hosts, it is a basement apartment but it wasn’t too loud upstairs and we were as quiet as we could be without restricting our own fun. The area is great and even the neighbours were nice and friendly. There’s lots to do around, and it’s not far from the village, where there’s more to do. I will be coming back with my wife and son, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a decent priced accommodation in a lovely area.

We loved our stay at Zeshan’s cottage! Such a hidden gem for a great price. The warm wood interior and massive windows overlooking the bay are absolutely stunning. There’s more fridge space than you could ever dream of, and everything was spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable—definitely high-end hotel quality—and the kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. It was the perfect spot for a fun, relaxing girls’ weekend. We had everything we needed and more!

Host was very helpful and friendly and had everything that was need for our stay which made packing so easy. Host responded quickly to questions and was flexible with accommodation. The home was spacious and comfortable. The added amenities were so wonderful and it was fully stocked with towels and shampoo/ conditioner as well as body wash. All the beds were great and each person from our family slept great. The kids loved the play room and shooting hoops. The views were scenic and stunning. Soaking in the hot tub while overlooking the lake and seeing sailboats in the distance was very peaceful. What a great find. The host Marisa was kind, thoughtful and even left us some goodies! We would highly recommend this rental location to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The views were stunning, and we loved the deck that connects right to the lake. This was our second year at Carrie and Dan's cottage and once again my family and I had a fantastic time. The house is perfectly situated on the river with a nice beach and it has all of the amenities needed. Dan communicated regularly and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. This is a beautiful property which anyone would have fun at.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this picturesque, private getaway! The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. We had all the amenities we needed, and everything was clean and tidy. We loved the dock, paddle boating, hiking around the lake, building a campfire and seeing the horses. It was the perfect place to relax in nature. Would definitely recommend to others, and we hope to be back again.
