Basement apartment in granite stone house from 1953. Good atmosphere. Only 20 minutes by foot from train and bus station. Private entrance. New bathroom and small kitchen. Internet and TV. The house is located in quiet surroundings and there are many opportunities for hiking in forests and swimming in the sea. The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. Bathroom in bathtub by agreement.

From here you can take the city ferry for free to the old town, the city center, worst and Gressvik. At the shopping center there is also a free city ferry to the old town and to the city center. There is easy access to great hiking areas in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The guest bed can be turned out on the floor and is 90x200cm. Choose between an electric inflatable mattress or a camp bed. Kitchen with most of the equipment. Shower cubicle in the bathroom. Public parking in the street in marked places, for a fee 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, until 3 pm on Saturdays and free on public holidays.
