Welcome to High Tide Haven, a 1000 sf, 2 bedroom, 2nd floor condo, minutes from historic downtown New Bern, NC. The condo is located just over the Neuse River Bridge, on the top floor of an historic (circa 1914) building. The structure was recently restored and offers a unique experience, with enough space to accommodate a family of four, and a location that's just two blocks away from the river. There's also a nice balcony to enjoy the river view and the amazing sunsets over downtown New Bern.

Spacious, two bedroom Condo with King and King sized beds private room is on 2nd floor of a nice complex, It is elegantly decorated; well designed and coordinated equipped kitchen. This beautiful luxury condo is in the center of the Greenville 2.7 miles to ECU, 4.6 miles to VIDANT hospital, 3.1 miles to Greenville Convention Center just a very brief drive to downtown area, the Industrial complex, river and boating facilities, 10 min to the convention center and all major sporting arenas.

A small kitchen area includes a full-size refrigerator and a designated coffee bar. A wooden TV stand holds a 40-inch television, while a round dining table with patterned chairs occupies the space. Natural light streams through the blinds-covered window.

Quaint modern fully equipped remodeled studio with dining area, small kitchen with full-size fridge, coffeemaker, dining area, washer/dryer combo, well thought out storage space, internet, 40- inch tv, full-size bed that offers privacy blinds, private enclosed patio overlooking the well-manicured grounds and tennis court. The unit also comes with up to four passes to be recreation center. Studio is 330 square feet and deck is 150 square feet. Great space for couple. Max occupancy 2.

Comfy Corner

Get comfortable and enjoy this private entrance spacious unit with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. It is similar to a hotel room only larger and no one else has access to it. We have an 18 hole public golf course and restaurant. New Bern is a historical city with tours scheduled daily at Tryon Palace. We are 45 minutes to the ocean. Our winters are mild with some days in the low 70s.
