You have the option of reserving (on the lower basement floor) 1 bedroom (up to 2 ppl per room) or 2 bedrooms (add $39 for second room, payable on arrival) We are about 5 minutes from all of Campbellsville’s terrific amenities. This includes a den/kitchen combo, large bath and laundry room. A semi-private entrance to a modern, yet cozy area. While we still invite short term stays, we have switched our focus to long-term stays for business and traveling nurses. We accommodate boats and pickups.

Peaceful Getaway in the Country

Enjoy this rustic, yet cozy, two-story barnhouse located near bourbon country. Perfect for a couple's getaway, it has open lofts with a comfy king-sized bed, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, laundry room, wood burning stove & two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower & one with a soaker tub. This listing's interior is ready, however the exterior is still a work in progress as we continue to create comfortable outdoor spaces. Must see all pictures to appreciate what this place offers.

Quiet, peaceful, country setting. There are country roads for walking and bike riding. For the boaters and fishermen, we are just minutes away from Arnold’s landing boat ramp and also Holmes Bend marina on beautiful Green River lake. For the hunting enthusiast, there are 20,000 plus acres of public land available for spring and fall hunting, with an abundance of turkey and deer. Close to Campbellsville University and Lindsey Wilson in Columbia. Lake Cumberland is also a short drive away.

Incredibly cozy house for your stay! House has three bedrooms, all outfitted with new queen beds! Also included are two roll-away twin memory foam sleepers if needed, along with three sofas that flip down into futons. Great vibe and comfort! Property has a sunroom with a beautiful view. In the sunroom is a spacious table for dinner with a view if you'd like to eat outside. The living room has a 51" tv and wifi. If you have any streaming services you can log in and use them as well!

The Ivy House is a beautiful family friendly home with lots of space to relax and have fun. I always decorate for the holidays to make your stay feel more like home. It is within walking distance to beautiful, historical downtown Greensburg, a mile and half to the amazing new Bluff Boom Bike Park a very short drive to Green River Paddle trails for all your kayaking fun and 26 miles to Green River lake.
