Absolutely loved this place was everything we expected clean cosy and the views of manhattan were amazing. Diana was very good in getting back to us if we needed to know anything Was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of New York at night Beds were so comfortable This is really a fantastic place to stay. Not too far from New York Diana thank you for letting us stay we will be back

This was a great location!!! Many places to walk too! Very safe! We found ourselves walking in at 2am and was not worried! The beds were very comfortable! Pillows were top tier!! Waters were left in the fridge, that was great !! My friend and I really really enjoyed this stay! I would stay here again and again!

What a true gem this space is! Vlad was so attentive and had great instructions for every step of the way. This is comfy and chic stay with all the amenities. This was an also a great alternative to staying in the city, so convenient to the PATH train (7 min commute to the WTC.) Can’t thank Vlad enough for the hospitality, we will definitely be back!

We spent a few days on NYC and were very happy to be in Kakzuna‘s apartment. It was super close to a metro station, the neighborhood was cute and quiet, and Kakuna was very proactive. Absolutely no complaints :)

Lovely place to stay at, the host was super responsive and was very flexible to the early check in. The listing was exactly as expected and it was super convenient getting to NYC from the Airbnb. Would definitely do it again!

My girls and I absolutely loved this place! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The host was incredibly thoughtful and communicative, which made the experience even better. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very cozy and nice. Close bus connection to the city which was important to us. Samantha gave us clear instructions before hand and communicated quick on the check in day, even let us check in 1 hour early. We are very pleased, definitely recommend!

The Green Sanctuary welcomed us with a lot of warmth, cozy rooms in a super clean condition. All rooms have comfortable beds, the towels were spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped. Our host Aneerban also asked us in advance if we needed anything and run an extra errand for us - how kind and caring! It was easy to get dropped off by Uber. It is a 12min walk to the Canarsie/Rockaway Parkway train station which was super easy. Host Aneerban even informed us on train schedule changes during the weekend which was very nice and helpful. Aneerban is the most loving and caring host I have ever met. He is always available and had a lot of helpful advice. His saying is Athiti Deva Bhava (Indian for The customer is God.) and I totally approve it. Thank you once again for having us and providing such a great home away from home. We felt super welcomed and cozy.

If you are looking for a comfortable place that doesn't charge huge prices for being in the City, this is a great place to stay.

The home was better than pics. The layout of the home is well thought out. Kitchen was amazing. Beds and bedding were the best. Tv in living room and master bedroom. Great washer and dryer. Everything was there. All the soaps, coffee, some snacks, just like it was our place and we were living there. In the best way. It had a garage that can be needed on that street. We were there in December so didn’t hit the beach but saw chairs, umbrella and beach stuff There is a little steep walk up to the front door. Only like 5-7 steps with a rail. But just in case u have someone that might be step challenged. There wasn’t one thing I would change. Easy drive to trains and into city. Quick response by Kevin every time. Thanks again.

Samson was a very great host, he provided great service and the place was super clean and smelled amazing. Definitely a place to check out if you’re looking for an airbnb in the area. Has everything you need and more. Def would recommend this to others!

Perfect place if you like to save a few bucks from the over priced hotels in NYC. comfortable beds, clean home, coffee and hot chocolate.

Katia's apartment is simply amazing. Clean, comfortable and thoughtdul details everywhere. From water bottles upon our arrival, to plenty of towels - And that bathroom exhaust is a workhorse! Very easy to adjust heat from room to room, plenty of kitchen space. Neighborhood isnt fancy, but we stayed there to go into the city and it was perfect. Much more affordable (and nicer!) than places closer to NYC, and commute was really no issue. Well worth it! Fast communication and always polite, the neighbors always smiled at us also.

We loved Stephen's space. It is very spacious and was very clean. The space is easily accessible and Stephen provided great information about the apartment and neighborhood. We highly recommend the apartment and would welcome the opportunity to return.

Great place , was very cleaned and matched description. had a parking space ready for me and the host was very friendly. would definitely book again, he was very accommodating and friendly. Helped me out a ton by even bringing us towels right away when we messaged him.

The apartement was spacoius, comfortable and clean. There was everything you need for a great stay - fully equipped kitchen, large table for dining, plenty of windows and light, dishwasher, washing maschine etc. We loved it. Only 10 minute by train to Manhattan, but quiet and nice neibourhood.

I had a wonderfully easy and peaceful stay at Mel and Adi’s apartment home. Hosts were super responsive and proactive in reaching out and went above and beyond to ensure I had a 5-star stay. The next time I visit Hoboken I will absolutely be staying with them.

This was a great location! Close enough to the PATH to quickly get into Manhattan and also walkable to bars, cafes and restaurants. It was exactly what we needed for an NYC weekend!

Ariel made this stay very easy, no long checkout or cleaning instructions and no influx of automated messages for a 2 day stay. The place is clean and convenient and great for a quick trip!

We had a great week long stay in this modern, quiet and well appointed apartment. There was a lot of natural light, which is always welcome. The security for the building was reassuring, and the elevator most welcome ! We used the gym which was an added treat. Would I stay here again ? You bet ! Harris responded almost immediately to any question or request. We are thankful for a lovely stay.

Our stay at Victors place was great! The bus stop was just around the corner and we were in town in less than 30 minutes. Victor was super helpful with check in which was a little challenging as the street parking is very full but victor made it easy. The place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
