You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Really loved our stay at Anne's place! The location is absolutely stunning, the house is gorgeous and has everything you might need. It's also incredibly peaceful and quiet which we very much appreciated. An issue came up prior to our arrival which was completely out of the host's control and was handled incredibly well. Only thing to note is the little boat shed directly under the property (through the stairs in the garden) gets work done on it by 2 men that use the stairs for access, meaning they briefly come on to the deck directly in front of the bedroom windows. I don't know how common of an occurence this is, but they were there twice during our stay. Other than that everything was perfect!! Very enjoyable stay and we'd love to come back some day. Absolutely loved my stay in Bondi! The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and exactly as described—if not better. This was my first experience using Airbnb, and I was lucky to stay at Candy’s place. She communicated very clearly, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Her home is in a very convenient location—just a 10-minute walk from Central Station—yet it’s surprisingly quiet. The accommodation had everything I needed. We also enjoyed some great local cafes and restaurants, all within a 10-minute walk. I will definitely return to her place the next time I visit Sydney.

Great place to stay in central Sydney, clean and spacious with excellent air conditioning - I imagine it would be very comfortable in winter as well. Well set up apartment, perfect for a small family. The location is private and quiet for such a central area, beautiful harbour view and an easy walk to the Rocks, Circular Quay, Barangaroo and the CBD. I highly recommend!
