This is such a beautiful home right across the street from Lake Simcoe. It's immaculately clean, well furnished, and looks exactly like the pictures. We were welcomed with 2 bottles of wine and a note from Michelle and her team which was such a great surprise. There were plenty of towels & pillows, comfy beds with luxe sheets, and kitchen was well stocked with utensils to cook and eat with. We loved using the hot tub! Would definitely want to come back in the summer time with access to the lake so close to the house.

Booked this place for a cottage trip and we had the best time ever there! Amanda was super accommodating to our needs and the house was in great condition!

Great option for staying in Kitchener. My husband and I were visiting our daughters who go to university in the area. This was a fantastic place that gives you space and comfy surroundings for visiting. Everything was exactly like it appeared in the photos. Would love to use this accommodation again.

This was a great stay as we were vising for a College Swimming Conference Championship at the University of Buffalo. The location was close to everything - the college, restaurants, and the airport. The hosts were super responsive each and every time I messaged - answered immediately. The house was just lovely and had everything we needed. Great house and great hosts!!

Irene's house was beautiful, comfortable and spotless. We had a great stay and especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day of cross-country skiing.

Larissa was very helpful and responsive. Communication was great. The place is beautiful and is set up well with anything you might need. The views are amazing and it's very peaceful. I'd definitely go back. Absolutely beautiful place.

We had the best weekend stay at Cathy’s place. We felt like we were in a winter wonderland the whole weekend. The home is so beautifully decorated with everything someone would need for a stay. The facilities were also amazing, with a great booking system to allow you to experience both the sauna and hot tub privately. The location is great- only a 10/15 minute drive to the Nordic centre where you can enjoy cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Cathy was so kind, accommodating and responsive the whole trip. We also got the chance to meet and talk to her at the end of our stay and she gave us such interesting information about the property! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Wasaga beach and we hope to be back soon :)

Excellent place to stay for the night, very well priced, easy to find and was very clean and clutter free. Had easy access to internet and tv without issues. Wendy was very responsive and accommodating.

We stayed at Chris’s place for an in town work conference for the weekend. The home was beautiful and very spacious - bathrooms were very clean and everything was in working order. Bedrooms were wry pleasant and all furniture was clean. Chris was very helpful from start to finish , being always readily available to answer questions. He suggested some very nice bars that we had a great time at. Location itself is very close to the strip , within walking distance. Lots of things to do that are within walking distance. Will definitely be coming back to Chris’s place in the future.

This weekend was one for the books. Left cold snowy Ohio, to come to Niagara Falls in a snow storm! Kevin was a super host and made sure the sidewalk / stairs were clear & salted prior to arrival and during the stay! Appreciated all of the amenities - clean home - great location - easy to find - great recommendations for wineries & food! 10/10 would stay again!

I don’t even know where to start. Super comfy, super clean, Richard and Susan really love their home and it shows. There’s a calmness and peacefulness as you walk in. My partner and I enjoyed this weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you Richard and Susan for allowing us to unwind this weekend!! This Airbnb was absolutely top-notch! Everything was perfect—clean, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was great, and the location was ideal. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Cute, clean apartment. Everythingvwas was as described. We werent there long enough to use the sauna or explore the neighborhood. I wouldn"t hesitate to stay here again.

We spent a wonderful two nights at Karen and Steven’s airbnb. We unexpectedly had the first snow of the year during our stay and it was like a magical winter wonderland. We felt so cozy inside with the fireplace watching the snow slowly falling outside. We went on an amazing hike on old baldy trail which was easily accessed right from the backyard of the property on foot. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and given the snow, we were thankful that we had great walkable options. We so hope to be able to come back and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the woods and nature. We recently stayed at a cabin that was an absolute gem! The hot tub was perfect for relaxing under the stars, and we had an amazing movie night in a cozy setting. One of the best parts was getting to feed and take pictures with the friendly horses and ponies on the property. It made our getaway truly special. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature!

Thank you for the host's prompt response and for helping us with the campfire. They were very kind and quick to assist. We enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful river backdrop.

Cozy and rustic cabin. Derek was friendly, gave clear instructions and offered flexible check in/out times. The propane heat kept us warm throughout the night. We had a great time and enjoyed the entire ambiance. We will be back again.

The romantic rustic cabin getaway was exactly what we were craving for a weekend escape! The cabin was so well decorated and had everything we needed. There were many thoughtful touches (chocolate covered strawberries at our arrival, dog treats and cute doggie bed, ample bottled water, nice robes). We had a great time using all the amenities too! The wood fire stove, propane fire pit, BBQ, and board games were all great additions that we had fun using. We loved having access to the hot tub and the spa-like indoor shower. Additionally, we really enjoyed walking around the snowy grounds as they were so beautiful. Sandra went above and beyond to make our stay so special. We can tell she really cares about hosting and curating a relaxing getaway for her guests. We highly recommend and will certainly be back!

The pictures don't do this place justice, it is a beautiful cabin. It is also packed with all the kitchen essentials like coffee, tea, and all the Utensils to make any meal you want. Michael left us cream and milk which was very thoughtful ❤️ we had a wonderful time relaxing in front of the fireplace, and in the bath ❤️ Would love to visit again ❤️

We have just stayed at Jasmines log cabin, and it was a perfect weekend. Beautiful surroundings, really private and well designed throughout. Beds are super comfy, and the kitchen is well equipped. We look forward to revisiting next summer, having BBQs, and relaxing on the terrace.
