Lovely apartment and excellent location. Jane was extremely easy to communicate with. The apartment was warm and cosy for a winter stay. We had a fantastic time and would recommend.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a very quiet area, surrounded by trees. Close to supermarket and some restaurants/take-aways, town centre not too far but car or public transport needed. Very relaxing place, highly recommended.

Absolutely great location. Property to the rear of North Parade under the lighthouse. Literally a stones through from Adnams Brewery and 1 minute walk from the beach and promenade. Jane Elizabeth is a wonderful host. Thank you

Get little place to stay in Dereham. Had everything we needed for a night's stay in the town as a family of four. Timings meant we never got to meet our host which was a shame but they called on the day to walk us through check in and to make sure we had everything we needed sorted. Would happily stay again if we need to come to Dereham again.

Great place to stay! Good sound insulation, in a nice area, especially if you like art. And only about 15/20 minutes by walking to the city centre of Norwich. I highly recommend staying here. Hosts are also very communicative and flexible.

Had a lovely stay. Brilliant location near the train station and easy to reach the city. Emma was an excellent host and was very proactive; which I was so grateful for! very light and airy apartment, bring an eye mask if you like it dark in the mornings. The apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Thank you for having us!

A beautiful, spacious apartment with lots of light and a real homey feel. Situated right near the cathedral and canal, thus offering both a sense of nature and space, as well as being close to the livelier parts of town.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious and immaculate apartment. The location was just brilliant, right above the arcades (which you couldn’t hear at all, surprisingly!) and just so close to the sea, can see it within seconds of walking out of the accommodation. We loved staying here, everything was so modern, very uncluttered and had everything we needed. Also one of the comfiest sofas we have ever sat on! The bathroom was lovely, very clean and great to have the option of the shower or the lovely deep bath to use. The outside area was a real treat to have in the sun, and again such a surprise at how quiet it was given how close you are to the hustle and bustle from the arcades and busy street below. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

This was a perfect place to stay. Very quiet neighbourhood. And yes the two friendly cats visiting was perfectly wonderful!

As always Southwold provides peace and an escape. The flat is in a perfect location and a great place to stay

second time of staying here and great yet again. very handy to walk into Norwich and only 10 mins away by car if need to be at the sportspark or uni like we did. Very well equipped and host is very responsive and helpful when needed

Great lodge with good facilities. I had read another review about the size of the towels, especially if using the hot tub so we took our own. Other than that everything was fab.

The Weld is absolutely stunning! It’s such a lovely place. The quality is unbelievable. Perfect location and everything you need. Lovely being part of Byfords as well. Nice little complementary voucher for Tea and cake at Byfords for our stay and lovely local bread left for us. Everything was perfect. Would definately stay again!

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing stay at the Loft in Thorndon! Very relaxing location and atmosphere, especially in the hot tub! Lots of local recommendations, we particularly enjoyed the Black Horse pub! Overall amazing stay and would definitely recommend!
