Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Great Yarmouth District

I recently had a wonderful five-day stay at Rebecca's kiln cottage, which truly felt like a hidden gem. The cottage was not only beautiful but also clean, comfortable, and set in peaceful surroundings. Being dog-friendly with plenty of lovely walks nearby made it even better. Rebecca, our host, was incredibly welcoming and provided us with useful information about local amenities. She was friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would love to return. Thank you, Rebecca!

Perfect place for the two of us and our dog. Very comfortable and peaceful place to return to after a day exploring the broads, with parking in front of the lodge. We loved all the extra touches left for us and our dog too! WiFi worked fine for us and the TV as well as plenty of books/ games etc. The beds were clean and comfortable. Sonya was a lovely host and very responsive. We visited Norwich which was well worth it, so much to see and do. Lowestoft is only minutes away with sandy beaches. We had a full English breakfast on our last morning at the marina bar/restaurant which was huge and tasty. Nice trip away in a lovely area.

What an absolutely wonderful stay we had at Hannah's adorable barn. From the moment you arrive, you know that it is designed for you to fully relax. The space is so well thought through - it's a treat to stay in a unique and creative AirBnB that also has a fully equipped kitchen and a good bathroom! The area is super peaceful, and the light-filled living room is the perfect place to sit and read a book. We really felt like we were able to switch off. Hannah was a wonderful host - communicative, full of helpful tips and recommendations, and always responsive; you can tell she truly loves hosting people. We would love to come back, next time maybe for a bit longer, and explore the area further. :-)

We had the most lovely family holiday here. With a 3 and 1 year old this property had everything we needed to make us feel all feel right at home. A cot, high chair, bib, black out binds, you name it. The river and decking at the bottom of the garden was just so peaceful, our go to spot. We watched nesting swans and ducks, we all loved it. Thank you Hannah for having us. You have a beautiful Airbnb!!

Wonderful spacious, well-appointed property, in quiet location ideally suited to visiting the beach or Broads. Plenty of room for the six of us, plus dogs both inside and outside and the enclosed garden was perfect and safe for the grandchildren and dogs. Had a great stay here. Peaceful private retreat ideally situated to explore the local area. There are three pubs within easy walking distance via a pretty costal path. Ideal for evening time. It was very clean and comfortable, a great find! Thank you Ian

Guy’s house was beautifully decorated and brilliantly located for visiting Norwich. Guy was incredibly responsive and helpful. The coffee machine and the luxurious sofa were very popular with our party! We enjoyed eating at the Red Lion pub - a short walk on the banks of the river.

I have stayed at the cottage a few times now and it always delivers. Ben keeps his properties in pristine condition and ensures a warm welcome. when we arrived on a cold night the log burner had been lit so it was literally a very warm welcome. Ben the owner as usual checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory then leaves you to enjoy your break. However, if you do need anything or have any questions he is really responsive. As stated I have stayed here multiple times and can highly recommend the properties and Ben as a host.

Excellent comfortable flat to stay in Norwich with parking. Great to do your own cooking in the full kitchen and use of washing machine. Definitely everything you need is provided, even breakfast provisions & laundry detergent. I found it easier to use the back entrance as just 1 door to get in but be aware that you have to go up a flight of stairs either way. Responsive hosts and I can't think of anything to improve the place. Easy to walk to local restaurants and into Norwich town centre. The bedroom is quiet as it's not facing the main road. I stayed 4 nights and was very happy with my stay.

Lovely apartment in Southwold, even better than the photos! Peaceful, clean, cosy and exactly what we needed. Very easy to find and park - we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and recommend to our friends & family!

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

Suzy and Leigh were absolutely fantastic hosts and helped make our second night of walking 92 miles feel like a proper recharge. They were kind, thoughtful, and super responsive — even folding out the sofa bed in advance and leaving us some protein flapjacks, tea, milk, and shower gel. It made such a difference after a long and tough day on the trail! The space was tidy, comfortable, and well-equipped for what we needed, and their generosity even extended to a donation to our Alzheimer’s UK fundraiser, which meant a great deal to us. Suzy’s communication was brilliant throughout. Couldn’t recommend their place enough — thank you both!

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed 3 nights at the tutor apartment. This property has beautiful old windows and high ceilings. The apartment is much more spacious than expected from the pictures and nicely presented. It has a lovely breakfast table near the windows in the kitchen and a court yard off the bedroom with seating. We had everything we needed, the washer was helpful and the large bath, with a boy covered in sand. The beach was about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on which route you took. We enjoyed lovely meals and drinks near the apartment. There is a park across the road with sea views and a lovely cafe. The beds were comfy and the seating in the lounge area. You could hear the birds singing with the door open. We travelled on the train to explore other areas. The apartment has everything you need and the hosts were just right and helpful were needed. Perfect Stay in the Heart of Wells-next-the-Sea We had a fantastic stay at Blenheim Lodge! The accommodation was absolutely great for two comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing break. The location couldn’t be better, just a short 5-minute walk to the town centre and the picturesque waterfront. It’s ideally situated near several excellent restaurants and two lovely wine bars, making it easy to enjoy the best of what Wells has to offer without needing a car. One major bonus was the convenient onsite parking. It made arriving and heading out for day trips incredibly easy and stress-free. Blenheim Lodge was the perfect base for exploring the area.

This was a fantastic little spot to stay in for a few days whilst visiting family. Great location that was easy to find, comfy sofa and bed, decent shower and an amazing dog next door who was a big hit with my son! I'd happily stay again. Thank you

Had a lovely two night stay Annetta greated us and showed us around was very lovely, The place was beautiful and quite and very clean and had everything you needed and the hot tub was a added luxury, loved waking up and walking outside and seeing the horses. My partner feel in love with Daisey the cat she likes to come and greet u also 😀 We would definitely come and stay again 😀
