If you want a place that feels like home then come and stay here. Very cozy and the welcome arrival pack and card was a special touch . Suzanne has thought of all the things that you need and the quality of decor is high standard. She is very responsive both pre stay and during the stay. The biggest plus is you have a place to stay where you can walk very easily into town with everything for restaurants, bars etc. We were minutes from the start of the 5k city wall walk which we did twice. Other attractions near by but all explained in the guest book . The underfloor heating is a bonus especially at this time of year . Will highly recommend to friends and family. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect weekend in a beautiful well appointed cottage with everything you could need! location is great for a 5 minute walk to Bedale high street which has various pubs, restaurants, takeaways and convenience stores. Local butcher sold some beautiful meals/pies etc which we have stocked up on for back home! Can't wait to return!

We stayed here over New Year and it was the perfect place for a chilled celebration. The location is great, close to Harrogate, Ripon and Skipton for day trips and there are plenty of walks on the doorstep. The house was so tidy when we arrived and the hosts made us feel welcome with a cake and champagne on arrival.

We had a fabulous stay at Lisa and Martin’s cottage and felt at home straight away. The cottage is built to a beautiful standard, with the 65 inch TV, large living space, well equipped kitchen, and hot tub. Lisa and Martin are great hosts, we were provided with clear directions and instructions to access the property. They were very also generous with the amount of wood they had left us for the log burner. We hope to come back and stay here again 😊

This is a lovely place to stay just far enough out of the main bit of knaresborough but only a 5 min walk in. Beautifully presented accommodation with so many nice touches and a few extras in the fridge and for breakfast. Clive and Julie were nice and friendly and helpful. I’d 100% recommend a stop here - you’ll love it. Keep an eye open for deer, kingfishers and otters in the river , none spotted for us but hopefully more luck when we return….

We had such a lovely stay at Alma Terrace! It was like home from home and had everything we needed. Their guide was super helpful and full of great information. There were some nice touches such as biscuits and milk being left. The beds were SO comfy! We highly recommended and would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! Jay was very helpful answering in answering our questions before our stay and was there to greet us when we arrived. It was the perfect size for the two of us and we enjoyed the hot tub with an amazing view. Jay’s local recommendations helped to make our trip great, and we enjoyed being so close to the Rail Trail. Great spot for a fantastic walking and steam train holiday. A really thoughtfully managed place - thank you!

A very nice apartment in the centre of Harrogate. Ideal for shopping, eating and drinking around the town. It was comfortable and well- equipped. Ideal for 2 couples. It is on the second floor, so there's quite a few stairs to climb, which might not suit some people. Oliver was a good host and dealt with my query well.

a really beautiful space to celebrate mine and my partner's 60th birthday with friends, location was perfect, and the apartment was stunning, all rooms very well equipped and spacious and the living space was perfect for all 8 of us. we loved it!!
