Tracey went above and beyond for us , a kind and lovely host. Such a unique beautiful and romantic place - literally next to the sea! Lots of useful stuff inside even an ironing board! We loved every moment …walking on the beach with our dog or enjoying hearty fireside meals in local pubs , it is a magical place! Thank you

We had a lovely two night stay at David and Anne's place. The house was warm and comfortable. The location is great, close to lots of good restaurants but on a quiet road with easy to find parking spaces. David and Anne were very helpful and friendly hosts.

Normally stay in Liverpool on business but due to the football couldn’t get a hotel. This apartment was perfect, easy to get into the city and a nice and relaxed stay for a change next to the Mersey.

Perfect stay at Joanne and Neil's place. It was spotless and comfortable and everything was provided. The property is very close to Formby centre and the beach and woods are close by. It's a great location for seeing the area and taking a trip to Liverpool. We have no hesitation in recommending Joanne and Neil's listing.

The place was ideally placed for our needs and a family trip. The property is clean and comfortable, with just those few little items that make it welcoming (milk, coffee, crumpets etc). Liz welcomed us on arrival and then allowed us to navigate the two days without any interference. Recommend Liz and her property wholeheartedly. Thank you, David.

David and his wife are truly lovely people who welcomed us into their beautiful home with a big smile and lots of great local information. The property is really well appointed and comfortable. The bathrooms are exquisite -- I may have fallen in love with the upstairs shower. It was a perfect space for a small family to enjoy the countryside. It was also really well located to visit Liverpool and Formby without needing to stay in the madness of the city. On arrival, David was so kind to add a few things he thought we might need, like sodas in the fridge, having the heat turned on, and fully-stocked the coffee service. He was very responsive if we needed anything, which we didn't because he took such good care of the amenities before our arrival. Thank you David for a wonderful stay and being such a welcoming host. If we find our way out there again, we will be sure to book a repeat stay.

Brilliant stay, so central to everything, gorgeous views of the water and right on the beach. Thomas was available as and when needed and there was everything we needed to feel right at home! Would stay again for sure!
