Vacation rentals with breakfast in Grassau

I cannot express enough how kind Seema and her partner were to us during our stay. We managed to check in early and we're even provided small breakfasts in the morning and coffee free of charge! The hospitality could not have been better. The house was large and spotless as well. We 100% recommend!! Thanks both 😃

Maria is an excellent host, the attention she has given was incredible, attentive, communicative, polite and mainly concerned with our well-being in her accommodations. It made no effort for us to have a comfortable and safe stay. Daily asked if we were well and gave all the public transport directions and options for the return, made several indications of tours in Munich that were excellent. The accommodation is in a top location directly to the Steinplatte ski area! (About 5 minutes by car, free parking). The room is well equipped and has direct access to the large balcony. The breakfast room is also available in the evening where you can cook. Roswitha welcomed us warmly, gave us tips and really took great care of everything! Very likeable! Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning! We would love to come back anytime and can recommend the accommodation and Roswitha as a host.

Great spot! Serene location, about 35 minute bus ride (132 bus) to the city center. Alex is a great host and the space was just perfect for me!

Marion's place is very beautiful and clean. My stay there went well and I definitely recommend the room. She and her daughter are very nice people. Now I am looking forward to having a coffee together someday.

wonderful Location with great view and cold pool.

The cottage was exactly what I was looking for a few days at Lake Tegernsee. Michaela is a good-hearted person and always cares about the well-being of the guest. From the first moment you feel like you're in Grandma's room and incredibly comfortable. There was a varied breakfast every morning and nice conversations where it will go in the day. Michaela always had tips ready and good advice on how best to get to the hiking destinations by public transport. At the end of my stay, I got a cold and promptly got a tea pot and kettle. Really a very great stay, which I can only recommend to everyone. The accommodation also included a piece of terrace, which invites you to linger in warm temperatures. 100 m around the corner is directly the lake, 10 minutes away the nearest bus stop. If you also like to wake up in the morning with cow bells and horses, this is the place to be.

The stay was great, the room was small but cozy, better than the photos suggest. The house is very nice. Claudia is extremely helpful, flexible and very friendly. Thanks to her, everything was just right for me and I had a stress-free stay. I'd love to come back.

We really appreciated Ines hosting us in her lovely home. It is very spacious for two people and the location is excellent—a brief walk to multiple means of public transit, a great grocery store at the end of the street, and very quiet all day and night. If you enjoy a firm bed, you will likely be comfortable on the very large couch. Communication with Ines was excellent and she quickly and kindly answered any questions we had.

The flat is well situated, with easy access to the Isar walking path, places to eat, zoo. It was quiet and fit our needs well.

clean accommodation. close to shops. nice place. even if in view of the weather the air conditioning was not necessary, it is a shame that in the presentation of the apartment this one is planned.

We are staying at this airbnb with 5 people. 3 adults and 2 children. First time for us in Austria and it was great. The location was super you can go to other cities and is not too far away. The host were very friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. Furthermore, it is quiet location. When we go back to Austria, we will definitely go to this airbnb.

I can't say enough good things about Stephan - always helpful and attentive, smart, funny, the kind of person you want as a friend. And then there's the apartment - spacious, has everything (a 3-4-5 minute tea timer? Really??!!), super comfortable bed and linens. And the location - multiple excellent restaurants and a small market within a few blocks, quiet and peaceful. It just felt like home right away. Thanks so much, Stephan, for this experience!

Sonja‘s place was in a great location, easily accessible to the ubahn station & just 2 stops to the hauptbahnhof. The place was quiet & in a great neighbourhood with supermarkets & shops close by. We had all the amenities we needed and were able to cook easily in the kitchen. Sonja was a great communicator & sent through very clear directions & even video‘s prior to our arrival. We would highly recommend her place. Thanks Sonja for a great stay.

We had a fabulous time staying at Ruth’s! The apartment is adorable with everything you need including a piano and swing! The neighborhood is adorable, with walking paths and different playgrounds along the way to the subway station. Perfect for the family and easy to get into Munich. Also, there is free parking not far away.

Philipps place was perfect for my stay. The apartment had all amenities to make my stay comfortable and homely. Communication was easy and efficient at all times. Obviously the views were wonderful. As I stayed for work purposes I can't comment on vicinity to tourist attractions. But I can only recommend Philipps place overall.

Here, for example, the recommendation for the delicious breakfast buffet in Kranzbichlhof (very easy to reach on foot) should be mentioned. I was looking for affordable place to stay near Saalbach-Hinterglemm during the FIS alpine world championship. I found it at Hans´s place. Hans and Corrine were great hosts, Hans picked me up with his car when I arrived to the train stationand gave me good recommendations about the local bus transport. His house is Schuttdorf - 5 minutes by bus from the Zell am See tran station. Room and facilities were very clean. There is a breakfast in the morning (included in the price). The neighborhood is very quiet, and you need 5-10 minutes by bus to reach Zell am See (depends where are you going to). Nearest bus station is 8 minutes of waking from Hans´s house. If you are looking for affordable place to eat, I can recommend grill pub Papa Joes which is 10 minutes of walking from Hans´s house. Big and tasty pizzas,burgers and sausages. It looks pretty ordinary from the outside, but the quality of food, portion size and price is great for such an expensive destination as Zell am See is.

What a fabulous place! You can feel the amount of love that’s been put into creating a beautiful, intentional, and comfortable space. The property itself is great, the hosts are fantastic, and I hope I can come back again and see how they continue making it even better!

The view from rooms was stunning. Claudia was very personable and accommodating. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The room and bathroom were very clean. A guesthouse that I definitely recommend.

A wonderful stay. Beautiful view from the windows on the surrounding mountains, valleys, and villages. Very clean and nicely renovated, and the theatrical theme makes this place truly a unique stay. The rooms are well equipped and very well designed, making you feel comfortable and making the room feel spacious and modern. A great place - highly recommend it!

Great, likeable and personal place to stay away from the Kitzbühel-Schickimicki.

Great location and well connected by bus - you can get everywhere quickly. I enjoyed the view and the tranquility. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice. The service at breakfast was very attentive and accommodating.
