Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Granite Shoals

Caroline’s place was fantastic! The home was comfortable and had a lot of seating for family activities. My husband and I had 3 teenage girls with us and everyone had their own space. The kitchen table was large enough to host plenty of family games and the living room was spacious enough for everyone lie around at the end of the day and watch a movie. The location was also fantastic! We were able to walk to restaurants in the evening and see LOTS of deer throughout the neighborhood. Caroline was a great host and provided everything our family needed. I highly recommend this place for families.

This place was beyond gorgeous. A little gem in texas and super well stocked and set up for our two families to spend a long weekend. 100% will return.

Neto's place is the perfect spot for privacy and a relaxing time with family or friends. There is plenty of space and great views. We loved the balconies on each floor. It's a very peaceful area with plenty of nature. Watch out for the family of deers. If you plan to do a lot of cooking bring necessary supplies just a note however, we were able to make it work with what was there. The garage parking was also a plus. I was able to relax during our entire stay. Would absolutley recommend this place.

This place is a Gem an amazing time well spent here. The whole family loved this place. Waking up in the morning to a warm house then to walk outside to a chilly breeze sure gave us a memorable experience.

Staying at the Red Fence Farm guesthouse was quite relaxing and worth while. We were greeted by her beautiful horses every morning, she was very responsive and available during our stay, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The guesthouse was also very accommodating and beautifully kept. We look forward to repeating our stay whenever we have a chance. Thank you, Mrs. Katherine!

This property was everything we expected it to be and more. So peaceful. We loved the area and the wildlife. We spent most of our time outside just enjoying the property and surrounding area. Ate several of our meals outside and hosted our daughter and son-in-law from the San Antonio area (with Joni's permission) both weekends we were there. That was very convenient. It was great that we were allowed to bring our faithful, furry traveling companion Nash. He loved walking in the area. If I was to pick a place again in the Lago Vista area, it would be Joni's zen cabin. I hope we can come back at some point.

We had an amazing weekend celebrating my fiancé’s 30th birthday with close friends. As Austin locals, this was the perfect staycation spot! The property offered plenty of space and activities for our group, and we always had a comfortable place to sit and hang out. The volleyball court, complete with lights for night games, was a big hit. Everything was super clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies. The grill was ready to go with a full propane tank, making it easy for us to cook up a great meal. We’ll definitely be back!

Lisa was both responsive to our needs, and attentive to assuring our stay was as pleasant as possible. She responded immediately to our requests and questions about restaurants/amenities/events in the area. Finally, Lisa and her husband seem to show great effort in making sure our experience / stay was as private as possible.   We were just minutes from restaurants and wineries, but came home each day to stunning view and peaceful surroundings. We definitely plan to return!

Beautiful condo! Had everything needed to make for a great stay. They thought of everything someone on vacation would need! Very relaxing.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this room, it is charming and I feel quite safe. This time a raccoon stood outside and hissed when a cat would walk up.

Love the area Unfortunately the Owner charge for a water damage for a leaking pipe. That has nothing to do with us. He charge for an extra clean up on a blanket. I recommend before you reserve this particular house you inspect and take pictures of the entire place so you don’t get extra charge I paid the extra fee no big deal but I rent so many places and this is the first time I get this issue

Our stay at Stone Home Ranch was fantastic. Wendy was an excellent coordinator, offering great area suggestions and quickly arranging firewood after our request. Her son Colby also set out firewood for the pit and Wendy even offered to mail a forgotten item. The property is stunning and comfortably fit all 9 of us. The large kitchen was fully equipped, and Wendy provided farm fresh eggs; some guests even harvested their own. The river access, kayaks, and paddleboards were major highlights. The spacious back patio was perfect for games, and the multiple balconies and master suite’s private sunroom were lovely. The bathrooms were well-designed with excellent water pressure in the showers. Enjoying coffee while hearing the rooster crow was a charming experience. We had a memorable stay and plan to return. We highly recommend Stone Home Ranch!

Beautiful villa inside and outside. Gorgeous windows to let in the beautiful natural light and views. What was originally a last minute booking due to extended power and water outages in Houston due to Hurricane Beryl, quickly became a haven for us to relax and catch up on work before going back to the reality of hurricane clean up. My teen boys loved having the upstairs to themselves and multiple TV’s to set up their video games. The kitchen was well appointed with anything you could need for food prep. We’re already discussing booking here again under non-evacuation conditions and just coming to enjoy the beauty of the Lake Travis/Austin area. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Kathy was an amazing host!!! the house was in incredible condition when we got ther and she was super communicative the whole time! We drove down from OKC and had some car troubles when we arrived and needed to stay extra days, she was very understanding and willing to help us while we figured out our plan to get back home!

Such a wonderful stay!! The property was exactly as pictured. While the house can definitely accommodate more, it was just my boyfriend and I that stayed and it still felt cozy. The views day and night did not get old. Pretty easy drive into Austin as well. Hosts were very friendly and responsive!
