With adult and kids kayaks, a rowboat, paddleboat, and canoe we have lots of options to get out and explore the lake. Or take a dip off the private dock when the weather is warm.

Note that the 5 acres is shared with the homeowners. Features spacious living area with TV, large bathroom and comfortable queen size bed. Outside you can enjoy the covered sitting area with table, chairs and propane firepit or lounge around our outdoor firepit with cooking grate, while stargazing and wildlife watching. Just a ten minutes' walk to downtown Olympia, the 240 sq. ft. studio features heated floors, a small but functional kitchen and bathroom, quality bed, high ceilings and lots of natural light. It offers a peaceful and private retreat among towering trees overlooking Capitol Lake and the southern tip of the Salish Sea.

When you’re ready to retire for the night step inside the fully equipped bus. There is a sink, 2 burner propane stove top, toaster oven, small fridge, rustic tub with shower, instant hot water heater, queen bed, original bus seat with fold down work desk for a laptop and hammock swing chair.

The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), patio, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960. (P.S. There is no cleaning fee.)

The Gypsy cabin on Cosmic Turtle Farm is a cozy one-room cabin perfect for a getaway from the busy city life. Our property is 5 1/2 acres of Pristine Northwest forest. The grey cabin you will be staying in is located on the first landing(Tiny house Lane) next to two additional tiny houses. This cabin was built as a home away from home for one of my daughters, so it has a very homey feel. Please walk up the hill and see our friendly farm goats!
