New luxurious historic apartment near cathedral

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

An open kitchen area is highlighted by a large island with three high stools, accented by metal pendant lights. The adjacent room features light-colored wood doors, leading to a bright space with checkered flooring visible in the background.

Great joyful & inspirational location, full of great Tapas Bars and outstanding Restaurants, only 9 min walk to the unique Caleta Beach. Perfect location to enjoy Carnival from its balconies (Coros & Chirigotas" walk right throughout the house street & stop to sing in front the house door). Loft apartment in the heart of Cadiz's old town. A walk from all the points of interest. Ideal for couples or four people. With all the amenities. Air conditioning, Wifi, Led TV (2), kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction, washing machine, etc. Top quality. Spectacular bathroom. Two large double beds, one of them at a different height and all in an open space. See photos. I don't think you'll find anything better located and better value for money.
