Oscar was an exceptional host, even took the time to personally show my wife how to get to the supermarket and carried the groceries himself..!!! Always helpful with recommendations and assistance. Nos encantó el lugar, desde que uno ingresa hay seguridad privada, son muy amables, hay espacio para parquear el vehículo, la limpieza del lugar estaba impecable, se pudo descansar sin ningún tipo de ruido, la presión del agua era muy buena, el aire acondicionado enfriaba muy bien, teníamos todo lo necesario para sentirnos cómodos. Sin duda alguna recomiendo este lugar, esperamos volver ; o )) saludos desde Costa Rica 🇨🇷

I highly recommend this place, the house is very close from the entrance gate. hotel and beach is no more than 5 minutes in car and of course Lindsay and her husband were very kind and supportive with us. The house was very clean, AC just right in both rooms and had its own parking spot. Thank you Lindsay and Dereck!

The house is well equipped. I felt like in home. It's a private neighborhood, so I felt very secure. The guards in the entrance are very strict, so only residents are allowed. The kitchen is well equipped. Nice place to stay

Place is huge and peaceful!

Studio 56 is the most wonderful property I’ve found through Airbnb. In a quiet yet easily accessible location, it’s a boutique of peace and tranquility. Great amenities such as a fully stacked kitchen, beautiful decor and the loveliest terrace. Carlos & Francis are A+ hosts, very responsive, helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and plan on returning every time we travel back to Nicaragua.

Nos alojamos junto a mi familia, un ambiente muy seguro con mucha vigilancia, Jesenia siempre estuvo pendiente y nos envio a Maria muy linda y amable. Surgio un imprevisto pero lo solucionaron en el momento, sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos con ella. La casa muy limpia, bastante amplia y acojedora!

Un alojamiento bonito y cómodo a unos 20 min en auto de los principales atractivos de Managua y fácil de salir a las atracciones más alejadas, ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y muy seguro (al menos así lo sentimos), lo único es el estrés de pensar en el consumo diario de la electricidad que en lo personal me hizo sentir un poco abrumado, sin embargo al final salimos bien utilizando solo por las noches el aire acondicionado de 1 habitación únicamente, no me imagino usando los 4 AC que existen en alojamiento.

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

La ubicación es conveniente y segura, con fácil acceso a todo. Además, las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

We had a wonderful stay with Kodu! This is my third stay here in Nicaragua and they having been excellent. The team was professional, efficient, very responsive and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. The location is perfect, with a variety of activities and options very close to the apartments . We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We recommend (Kodu) and their property highly enough, their service is excellent.
