Oscar was an exceptional host, even took the time to personally show my wife how to get to the supermarket and carried the groceries himself..!!! Always helpful with recommendations and assistance. We loved the place, from the moment you enter there is private security, they are very friendly, there is space to park the vehicle, the cleanliness of the place was impeccable, you could rest without any noise, the water pressure was very good, the air conditioning cooled very well, we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place, the house is very close from the entrance gate. hotel and beach is no more than 5 minutes in car and of course Lindsay and her husband were very kind and supportive with us. The house was very clean, AC just right in both rooms and had its own parking spot. Thank you Lindsay and Dereck!

The house is well equipped. I felt like in home. It's a private neighborhood, so I felt very secure. The guards in the entrance are very strict, so only residents are allowed. The kitchen is well equipped. Nice place to stay

Place is huge and peaceful!

Studio 56 is the most wonderful property I’ve found through Airbnb. In a quiet yet easily accessible location, it’s a boutique of peace and tranquility. Great amenities such as a fully stacked kitchen, beautiful decor and the loveliest terrace. Carlos & Francis are A+ hosts, very responsive, helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and plan on returning every time we travel back to Nicaragua.

We stayed with my family, a very safe environment with a lot of surveillance, Jesenia was always on the lookout and I send Maria very nice and kind. I came up with an unexpected but they fixed it at the time, we would definitely stay with her again. The house is very clean, quite spacious and cozy!

A nice and comfortable accommodation about 20 minutes by car from the main attractions of Managua and easy to get to the most distant attractions, located in a quiet and very safe neighborhood (at least that's how we felt). The only thing is the stress of thinking about the daily consumption of electricity that personally made me feel a little overwhelmed. However, in the end we did well using only the air conditioning in 1 room at night. I can't imagine using the 4 ACs that are in the accommodation.

We have a wonderful time in Ketchup house. It was my second time and there ara no words to describe how responsable, kindly Levi is You always have the fastest answers to anything you need. I’ll give an A + Highly Recommended We hope to comeback soon

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

Perfect place to stay with your family

We had a wonderful stay with Kodu! This is my third stay here in Nicaragua and they having been excellent. The team was professional, efficient, very responsive and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. The location is perfect, with a variety of activities and options very close to the apartments . We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We recommend (Kodu) and their property highly enough, their service is excellent.
