I am suspicious to make an evaluation of Borgo 28. The delivery is always bigger than promised. Everything is of great quality, living with nature and tranquility. A great option for those who want to experience another Gramado and at the same time be close to downtown.

The house is very young and it was extremely clean. The bedding was perfect and fragrant. The house is quite cozy and the structure is excellent. The space of Ana Maria is exactly like in the pictures. Local with good quality furniture, kitchen with all the appliances you need, impeccable bathroom, good quality bedding, perfect hygiene and also left towels and cloths to dry more dishes for if we needed it. Comfortable beds, good TV and air running well, the fan is great. Easy to park and very secure, we are quiet. From the reservation to the accommodation Ana Maria proved receptive, kind and helpful. Village gave accurate information on important points and waited for us with Christmas bread and cold mineral water, a treat. Super recommend this place. We will be back.

Very good house, close to everything, a quiet place, was a gated community where children could play freely. The host always very attentive, responded quickly and took care of all the details. There was a day that there was a shortage of water and they brought several gallons of water to us. We definitely recommend and will be back

A wonderful place of great tranquility. It is outside the city but very close to travel by car and allows you to distance yourself from the noises and traffic. For us it was a very good experience. The house model is something different from anywhere we've ever been. A lot of tranquility. The Rose was extremely solicitous at all times.

The house is wonderful, just like in the photos! The space of the pool is beautiful, the beds are comfortable with clean and smelling bedding and new and very good towels as well. The room is very comfortable and all the bedrooms are great. The cleaning of the house was impeccable and all new and quality utensils. We have a great time in the house, without a doubt we recommend it and if possible we will return.

We love it, perfect location, super quiet, quiet, even being close to the center of Gramado, with easy access to the main attractions, beautiful space, landscapes and nature, with restaurants, markets, pharmacy and everything else you can need just a few steps. Lugar is wonderful! It's calm and quiet. The place is very close to both Gramado and Canela. It's well worth it! You can tour and then enjoy and rest. The very cozy and complete home. We are grateful to hosts for their affection and reception. We'll be back for sure!

Everything was great, Manuela was attentive and was available whenever I texted. The space was organized and clean, it met all our needs. We were greeted at check-in by Tifani, who handed us the key and showed the location. At checkout she also went to pick up the key with us.

The home experience was excellent!! André and Márcia were super attentive. The premises of the house are great, a very clean and organized house. The house utensils sanitized and sealed in the plastic, just use! My pet loved the backyard, excellent and well surrounded space. I just have to praise the couple and for sure when I return to Canela I will stay at André and Márcia's house! Congratulations André and Márcia for the excellent work!!
