Vacation rentals in Grad Vodice

The apartement was very nice. There were multiple very good restaurants only a few walking minutes away. Also national parks and beautiful viewing points are around a 1hr drive from the apartement. Furthermore the communication with Marijana went exceptionally well. We received answers on questions after a few minutes and she was always very helpful. The only small downside is the quite noisy neighborhood, but this is only noticable when the windows are open. Overall we were very happy with the choice to stay with Marijana in Vodice.

Our Host Lovre was really friendly and helpful! From beginning when we arrived he welcomed us with traditional Croatian drinks, showed us the house, made our holiday great! During our stay he was always available for all questions and requests that we had. The house is brand new so all furniture is untouched, was amazing. One of the best part for us was the spacious bright clean pool and meters of olive trees garden, totally relaxing! The house is also isolated so you have as much privacy as you want. You can enjoy walking or just sunbathing with the sound of crickets. There is also outdoor access to summer kitchen, so you can have nighttime dinner and drinks with pool view, that even looks better at night. We really enjoyed our vacation, because you have everything you need, especially after you finished with ‘work from PC’ the relaxing is all you need, and this house provides it for sure! We will be back our next holiday :)

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of 4. It is a fairly rural location with beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Great facilities including boules, table tennis, basketball, a small climbing frame and slide for children. Pool area is beautiful and clean. There is a small convenience shop within 3 minutes. Hosts were very attentive and left us with drinks and a local dish to welcome us. Very kindly they allowed us a later check out as our flight was not until the evening. We recommended Vodice and Skradin towns which are both within 20 minutes. Car is required. 5 stars and would love to go back

We were in Vodice for a family occasion, unfortunately not such a pleasant one, but Katica and Davor made our stay as pleasant as possible. Both are warm and hospitable, you immediately feel in good hands. We also liked the personal welcome and farewell – instead of a key box. The apartment is well equipped. The kitchen is large and offers everything you need to cook for yourself. The mattress in the bedroom was comfortable, the living and dining area spacious and cozy. On the terrace under the olive tree you could breathe wonderfully. The area is pleasantly quiet, and the town center is an 8-minute walk. Parking directly on the property was also convenient. Overall, the accommodation was a perfect starting point for us, but also a quiet retreat to just switch off. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back!

Cozy apartment in the prettiest little village. We honestly fell in love with this place and we’ll definitely be back! The hosts were also very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was super! Batu is very responsive, quickly resolved our questions. House is very cosy.

The apartment is spacious, nice…rather for family with small children 2+2 (double bed + sofa). A children cot was also available. Nice and fully equipped kitchen. Very good location, quiet, very close to the beach (3 mins by walk), shallow beaches for children (also with sand), 5-7 minutes walk from blue flag beach. We didnt meet Dino in person but he was very nice, helpful and accommodating host. We enjoy our stay and we recommend the apartment ! Thank you.

Staying at Siniša’s place on Zlarin was an absolute dream. The home is like an oasis—peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfect for a couple’s getaway. We could have spent the whole trip just relaxing by the stunning pool, which felt like our own private retreat. Siniša was an incredible host—warm, responsive, and generous with local recommendations, especially for restaurants. The house itself is unique, thoughtfully curated, and immaculately clean. Everything felt fresh and new, yet welcoming and lived-in. We felt at home right away. Zlarin is a magical little island with gorgeous hikes, easy ocean access, and a laid-back vibe. And when we wanted to explore further, nearby islands and towns were just a short ferry ride away. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had.
