Herrenhaus Dölitz Apartment One

The baroque manor house Dölitz from 1660 is located at the eastern edge of the Mecklenburg Parkland. In the middle of the village with park and wild Haussee it is one of the oldest facilities in Mecklenburg. It has been renovated, inhabited and managed by us since 2016. Our guest apartment on the 1st floor offers two double rooms for 4 people (an additional two-bed room can be booked). In the kitchen-living room with dining area, a wood-burning stove provides coziness. The apartment has a shower room.

Yoga classes are held four times a week – ideal for strengthening the body and mind. A parking space and an electric charging station are provided. It's just a few minutes' walk to Darss Forest, and it's about fifteen minutes' walk to Prerow's beach and center. Ideal starting point for trips to the west beach.

Ohlerich-Speicher am Alten Hafen vacation home

Right at the top of the Old Harbor in Wismar is the Ohlerich Speicher. The listed former granary was lovingly restored in 2017/2018. Located between the old harbor and the cruise port, Baltic Sea air and seagulls are omnipresent. Numerous restaurants, cozy cafes, shops and cultural institutions are within walking distance, while the island of Poel or the beautiful beach of Boltenhagen are only about 20 minutes away.
