Our second time at Sebastian’s wonderful Airbnb. This location is perfect as it’s quiet and yet very near the busier sections of town. Sebastian is a terrific host and everything is as described. He is very friendly and makes sure all is well:-) You will not find a better property !

Very welcoming hosts made our late arrival easy. Very good recommendation of surrounding activities ! The apartment was very clean and spacious and the setting is pleasant.

A 10-star accommodation, quite an experience

I had a great time, the apartment was tastefully decorated and smelled good. Next to the museums, the host is very friendly. I recommend it and think about coming back.

Karin was an excellent host; very kind and caring. She gave us directions to the house. She was there to hand the key and a tour of the house. She was very welcoming and warm. The house was as described, clean and functional. She left some things for breakfast in the fridge, which was a very kind gesture and very convenient. We would undoubtingly recommend a stay at her place.

Peggy was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was very well equipped and had a beautiful view, making it a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend it!

It was an incredible stay, dead center between Amsterdam Centraal and Amsterdam Zuid stations. 5ish minute walk from Tram and Metro, beautiful canal views, and the restaurant Red next door is incredibly good. Can’t recommend it enough.

A lovely home away from home in a quiet but accessible neighbourhood. The place was exactly as described, and while it’s away from the centre it was very accessible with the nearby tram and metro stations. Would definitely recommend the stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home just outside Amsterdam. It’s private, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful greenery that made us feel relaxed and refreshed. The house has a warm, homey atmosphere and every detail made us feel right at home. A perfect escape from the city, yet still conveniently located. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and charming place to stay!

Beautiful townhouse in a quiet and central location (quickly and easily accessible from the main train station with free ferry). Stylishly furnished & everything available; you feel like home. Host Sol is very friendly, communication is friendly, straightforward and fast. Glad to come back!

We felt immediately welcome! Property is as described and very clean. Ben and Inge were always very accommodating and friendly. By car, you can park at the P+R 10 minutes away and then take the train downtown. We'll be happy to come back - highly recommended.

The house is an absolute dream! Beautifully located in the countryside, super cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – really cute. I could have moved in right away! Especially the modern bathroom with the great bathtub is a highlight. Practical things like the washing machine are also stylish and unobtrusively integrated. All in all, an all-round beautiful home away from home. We will definitely be back! 🥰

Me and my girlfriend spent a weekend in Amsterdam and we really enjoyed our stay in Alies appartment. The appartment was cozy designed and the neighbourhood was quiet but with many restaurants and bars to visit. The hosts were helpful and the check-in went smoothly. 5/5!

Definitely recommend this apartment. Blackout blinds were definitely needed due to the amazing May weather in Amsterdam. Kitchen was spotless with great glasses and crockery - with all the needed electrical items - including dishwasher. Beds were very comfortable and large too. TV and sound were also excellent

Bill’s apartment was fantastic for our stay. The parking was great and felt secure, and the tram link into Amsterdam is just around the corner. Great value for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam and be very comfortable over a long weekend!

What a fantastic apartment. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal and then around 15 minute ferry journey to central Amsterdam. Monique was a really great host and communicative from the first time I booked the apartment right throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Really nice area, was easy to get to and Erwin was really nice and helpful.

Brian was great from beginning to end. We got instructions for finding the keys in a lock box, got into the apartment and immediately felt at home. Clean, light, airy and comfortable. Brian gave us local restaurant recommendations that were perfect. And quickly responded when I couldn't figure out the washing machine. It was seamless from beginning to end. The location is perfect for long canal walks, exploring a fun area of the city and close to bus and tram lines to get you whereever you want to go. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with beautiful canal side view. This was a real Dutch home, not just a bare rental. Beautiful furnishings with home like details. Beautiful living room with large windows giving the canal view. Kitchen was cozy and well equipped. Lots of personal touches—tulips on the kitchen table etc. Great location with the tram to central station going by on the cross street. Great little restaurant with the best dishes and fries right next door—Bon Jour Bistrot, Albert Hijn super market 1 block away. Great Indonesian rijs taffel restaurant just around the corner, wonderful bakery on the corner 2 doors away. The house was quiet. Bart was a frequent helpful communicator. He was in touch with us daily. Because of the relatively steep steps up to the living room, it’s not a good place for someone with mobility issues. This was not an issue for us two who happen to be in our 70s, however. It was just everything we could expect.

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!
