Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Goshen

Loved staying here. Stayed for an extended period of time and was extremely comfortable. Had most things needed kitchen wise. The home was perfect for what I wanted, a cozy fireplace to read by and spend a cold few nights playing board games with my kids. 30-40 min away from some great towns. Even visited FDR museum just over 45 min away. Was a great experience

Great house in the woods. Had everything we needed. Will look to rent again next year for our yearly hockey tournament.

We had a lovely stay at Willemijn’s charming house in Hillsdale. We instantly felt right at home. It was the perfect place for my young family to relax and take a break from the city. Would highly recommend staying here and Hillsdale itself is a perfect small town with all the amenities you’ll need.

My son and I visited a school nearby and the property was great fit for us - only 10 minutes from the school and hockey rink, exactly what we needed.

Kate and Greg have a lovely, spacious, and comfortable home in a private and scenic setting close to Great Barrington. Ideal holiday getaway. We were impressed by how much room we had to spread out and have privacy for 8 guests while still feeling cozy. The hot tub and fireplace were nice touches. The price was also very reasonable - we picked this over a similar Airbnb in the same area that was 50% more expensive with fewer beds! Thanks Kate and Greg for a no nonsense amenity filled stay.

Jane was a helpful and responsive host, the apartment was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped (and things were labeled for finding easily), the location was great for what we needed, and the cats were the absolute sweetest. Our family of 5 was comfortable and felt safe and right at home even during severe weather (super hot in the 90s and severe thunderstorms). Our kids didn’t want to leave! Our family stay at Katies’s was amazing. There was plenty of clean and open spaces in the house. Bedrooms were big enough and our toddler and senior parents were super comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we were able to control the heat in the colder nights. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus when traveling with a child. Katie was extremely helpful communicating instructions and wishing us a happy stay. Parking was easy and convenient. We were very happy with our stay and we would consider rent Katie’s place again when we go to West Hartford. We come often to visit friends that live 5 minutes away and this is just perfect for us. Our Christmas stay at Janice’s was perfect! My partner and I needed a place to stay while visiting family for holidays. The suite was very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the not one but TWO gas fireplaces! Janice also had a small artificial Christmas tree in the living room which made it so festive and the perfect place for us to rest and watch Christmas movies after days with family. The bed was comfortable and had four pillows with extras in the closet along with extra blankets, an iron and board. Janice was flexible with our check in time and very friendly. The only negative we could think of was that we’d love to have a full kitchen and the suite just has a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven, but we knew that from the description and it was fine for a short stay. We’d love to stay here again. Really perfect for this trip.

This was our 2nd weeklong stay. The space is clean and bright. Heating details were clearly explained. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 7 minute drive for milk I forgot to bring for coffee. We saw a small bobcat in the front yard on our last morning. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were friendly and responsive. I’d recommend this place to friends/family and hope to stay again.

East Rock Inn was just perfect for our Berkshires getaway! The place was spotless , still smelled new, and offered tons of space. The big stone (gas) fire place was our favorite feature. Our hosts were super responsive and helpful.

Michael's home is lovely. The yard is huge and the view is beautiful. This is a perfect getaway location to relax and unwind.

The space was beautifully remodeled, with a modern yet welcoming feel that made it feel like home right away. One of the highlights was the game room – it was such a fun and thoughtful addition. Between the ping pong table, arcade game box, chess set, and UNO, there was never a dull moment. It’s clear that Sourove put effort into ensuring guests have plenty to do during their stay. The pantry had a nice selection of snacks, which was a lovely surprise. It’s those little touches, like the extra attention to detail with toiletries and thoughtful extras, that really made the stay stand out. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming home.

This home is great for a family or two. Wonderful items in the large yard for children to play in, on and zip along. The side screened in porch is great for morning coffee or evening hangout. A chilly night, the gas fireplace is easy to work and adds a level of warmth to the great sitting area.
