Family-friendly vacation rentals in Gorham

We stayed at Jennifer’s place with my family over Christmas break. The condo was clean, recently renovated, tastefully decorated, close to the clubhouse. We’ve been coming to the Seasons for several years now. Jennifer’s place is one of my favorite. It was nice to have plenty of towels, bathroom essentials, paper towels, etc. We loved having Keurig coffee machine with plenty of k-cups. Overall, this was an excellent stay and we had a great time. We highly recommend Jennifer’s condo at the Seasons.

Meghan was so responsive, polite and accommodating from booking to checking out. The house was also as described and has great charm and great location!

We had a fantastic stay at Matt's place while celebrating New Year's. The house was spacious, and had lots of things for the kids to keep occupied while the parents relaxed. Matt was very responsive when we reached out about minor issues. Everything was great!! A+ recommendation. Happy 2025!

Such a nice little spot if you’re looking for a relaxing evening. The location is phenomenal. Really close to Brunswick. Hot tub was just what we were looking for. No complaints here.

Our annual family MLK / NH weekend was perfect! We found Christy's location back in September and it was so accomodating for the 8 of us plus two little ones. The bedrooms were plenty big and the number of beds was perfect for everyone. The bonus to our stay was the hot tub! After our long days of hiking and skiing, there was no better relaxation then stepping out the back door and submerging yourself into a hot spa!!! Christy was a perfect host and very quick in any questions we may have had. Will definitely be back and you will too!!!

Our family and friends had an amazing time at Neal's. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The game room and well-equipped kitchen were a huge hit, providing endless entertainment and making mealtimes a joy.

Gorgeous grounds and location for a quiet peaceful weekend getaway! David was very responsive and personable. The cabin is eclectic with something new and interesting in every corner.

Becky and Dave‘s cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It exceeded our expectations. The cabin was cozy with the pellet stove, giving a perfect ambience. As others mentioned, it was like being in a Hallmark movie, the light snow falling, added to the ambience. It was the perfect location to get to great restaurants and lots of fun activities. This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

We have continued to enjoy our family’s Christmas traditions in the large Conway House. It is in the perfect location, minutes from everything but far enough away to not be right in the hustle and bustle of the main strip. The house is very large and easily accommodates our 3 families. Having 3 floors allows for us all to have our own space, yet room to come together as well. Everyone enjoys the game room and the large dining room table was perfect for us all to eat together and play games at night. Judith is the most responsive and attentive host. You’ll love your stay here!

Absolutely love this place! The life of the brewery and the community is simply unmatched :) the hosts were warm, friendly and super responsive

We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in Diana's house! We walked to the beach and to Scratch bakery (twice). The house was perfect for the five of us with a great sitting area to hang out and chat. The house was clean and the instructions for cleaning up were easy to follow.

The cabin was wonderfully cozy, conveniently located and loved the fire pit and indoor fire place!! Kitchen is well stocked - happy to see a pancake griddle! Great place for a wintery getaway, minutes to both down hill and cross country ski locations and many great restaurants! We hope to visit again someday - so nice to be able to bring our pup too!

We had an incredible stay at Matt’s place! The hospitality was top-notch from start to finish. The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Matt was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond by accommodating an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. The location was perfect, and we truly felt at home. We highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for stress-free and welcoming experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s house in our white mountains foliage trip. Very quiet and stunning views of the mountains in color right in the living room. Secluded location but very short drive to Jackson and Conway. We would be happy to return again. Highly recommended!

We greatly enjoyed our weekend at the condo. Clean, modern, had everything we needed and everything we expected to find. Location is great, close to great restaurants, ski areas, many hiking trails and other attractions. When we had a question, Pamela responded within minutes. We will consider the place for the next time we are in the area.

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting. It was very peaceful and was just what we needed to getaway with our pups.

The condo was exactly what we needed. we used the clubhouse pool, ping pong table, and sauna. Quick trip to North Conway for activities. Would absolutely stay here again
