We stayed in an enchanting setting. The house is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with the feeling of being at home! The pool was clean and nice although in need of refreshing. We were able to enjoy a beautiful landscape and a view of the vineyards with direct access for a walk. Practical enclosed land with a dog.

We stayed at Elodie’s house for four months and it was a great stay! The home is beautiful and clean. Location is great for peace and quiet while being close to Cognac. Last but not least, the hosts Elodie and Greg are welcoming and helpful with anything you might need. Will definitely stay again!

What a fantastic converted barn we stayed in at Christine’s gite. It was spotlessly clean, and immaculate exactly as described on Airbnb. A lovely swimming pool and very responsive hosts. We had the most amazing quiet and peaceful time exploring the local towns and villages and nearby castles.

This is the second time we've booked Andrew and Carol's cottage for a long weekend with friends and we're leaving again delighted! The house and grounds are very well maintained, the pool is very nice and Andrew, Carol and the dog Bobby are very welcoming and very nice. We had a great time, we highly recommend it!

Isabelle is a lovely person who is responsive and helpful. The gite was bright and cheerful and ideally situated for my husbands sculpture course in Vihonneur. It offered lots of lovely walks in the surrounding countryside. Rochefaucauld is a beautiful place and is only minutes away by car. I would highly recommend Isabelle's place to others.

Thanks to David for hosting us when we arrived. Everything was planned to make our large group feel comfortable and comfortable. Very available also before to answer our questions.

Marie Christine is a very welcoming host, her place is large, quiet and private. We were able to visit Angoulême and have a great stay. We'll come back when the opportunity arises.

Super quiet accommodation, well-equipped and very attentive and accommodating host.

The accommodation is very clean, very functional and comfortable with a real lounge area where we were able to meet up with 8 people and, which was very nice and above all very convenient, 4 identically furnished bedrooms each equipped with a bathroom and toilet. A real plus! One downside: the kitchen area, although functional and very well-equipped, is a little too small. Plus, the owners are lovely and welcoming! In short, a property to remember...

Accommodation as described, but furniture is a bit from another era, the accommodation is suitable for a family of 4 without problem, quiet.

Jérôme was very welcoming and guided us as soon as we arrived in Angouleme..(and even before with tips for restaurants!☺️) the house is ideally located, with 2 bus lines nearby...in a quiet location... perfect stay!

The house was perfect for what we needed. The bedrooms were cozy and the house was clean. I made friends with the goldfish and fed him every day. I would come back here without any concern.

A gem of a place ! It is not easy to find places in the region that are not exorbitantly expensive or furnished from grandma's leftovers; this hits a perfect note with a mixture of stylish antiques and comfort, everything has been thought of down to the Savon de Marseille in the bathrooms! Clearly lots of love has been poured into the house and it shows, from a well stocked larder with everyday essentials (including coffee pods for the machine) to the lovely welcome hamper. The garden at the back overlooking the old monastery is perfect and very secluded and even though it was only April I managed to eat outside each morning and evening (there are 3 other terraces too). The host is on hand easily for tips on where to eat or visit if needed. Tusson is a great village with a good places to eat including the wonderful Gateaux for amazing cakes.

We had a lovely stay in Marie Line's house. We particularly appreciated the quality of the welcome, and the large garden with the sheltered garden furniture. The house is very spacious, and the bedding is of very good quality in all rooms.

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was amazing! The house is spacious and equipped with every comfort, which made our stay very comfortable. The garden is really an oasis of peace, with a beautiful canopy that is ideal for sitting outside even in less weather. The pool was an absolute topper and made for a relaxing holiday feeling. The host Filip, responds quickly to questions and their website has a lot of useful information about the area. We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back. Highly recommend for those looking for peace and comfort!

Absolutely loved our stay with Debbie and Mike! It was a delight from start to finish. The house is thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm atmosphere that made it perfect for a small group (two couples) getaway. Everything we could possibly need was provided for, from a well-equipped kitchen to a great BBQ setup. Debbie and Mike were a pleasure to engage with - warm and helpful, yet respectful of our privacy. We arrived to a lovely welcome spread that was such a a thoughtful touch after a long day of travelling and set the tone for a relaxing and memorable holiday. The gardens surrounding the pool are beautiful and created a peaceful setting to unwind. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our trip - highly recommend!
